Situated in the San Rocco area , at the start of the ski lifts of the ski CAROSELLO 3000 , and 1.5 Km from the pedestrian zone. The track pedestrian , bicycle and cross-country skiing are just a few meters from the hotel. Connected by a free bus service , both in winter and in summer. Directly on the ski slopes for those who love to ski ; green in summer for those who want to walk or play sports. The rooms are very warm and welcoming , they are all equipped with private bathroom , hair dryer , LCD television with satellite channels , free WIFI, safe, terrace or balcony. At the Hotel San Giovanni stands care for the kitchen directly supervised by the owners, which has among its specialties and international dishes , also wood stove for those who love pizza. Breakfast is served buffet style while dinner choice of 3 menus. The hotel has a small living room, bar, restaurant, Ski rom heated parking , FREE WIFI . Outdoor terrace with a children's playground and free use of bicycles for both children and adults.

We have skied in Livigno for 30+ years and his has been a regular lunch stop and hotel. This friendly family run hotel enjoys instant access to 3000 meters via a drag lift at its back door and a quick traverse to the main lift. We enjoy a beer as our son skis the American lift / run for the last of the daylight by himself. Make sure to book a spot for your evening meal and enjoy the best pizza in town. We will be back, again!!

Nice small hotel, close to ski lifts. Room comfortable for 2+1 family. A good place to eat topical IT meals, and all kind of drinks. Time to time noise from the bar after 10 pm, the hotel is clean but it shows the passed years, the breakfasts are OK but could vary day to day.

10 Years in a row before Covid absolutely delighted to get back this Year and again in a large group 30+. But we found the guys and the place the way we left them kind courteous and no request to big or to small. From Armando behind the bar and his knowledge of all things liquid to Querim in the Restaurant keeping the excellent menu rolling we had no reason to go down town particularly in these times . Savio has a great crew who create a great atmosphere. Highly recommend. Ciao 😊⛷😊⛷

We stayed at Hotel San Giovanni in Livigno from Christmas over New Year. We were a group of 32 friends with kids amoungst us. I’d give top marks for this Hotel & it’s Appartments. Really friendly welcoming staff. It’s a family business. The have an extensive menu with delicious food, authentic pizzas and local cuisine too. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt looked after. In a good location too at the bottom of American lift No10. It is possible to ski across to the Gondola Carosello 3000. Thank you Savio & team!

We had a fantastic week staying in one of the apartments here. It was very cosy and comfortable for a family of four. The free WIFI was very welcomed after a long day of skiing so that the children could watch Netflix. The location was great and there is a bus stop right outside the apartment. Very handy for getting around, along with a supermarket within a 2-minute walk The staff were helpful and couldn't do enough for us, especially Savio, Francesca and the waiting staff. In the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious and great value. The staff made every effort to accommodate our big party of six families and they made it special for us on New Years’ Eve by managing to seat us all together. Would definitely recommend. We had a wonderful family group ski holiday here. The food was lovely and the staff were very welcoming. The bar was a very relaxing area and very reasonably priced. This hotel is homely and was perfect for our needs. There is a bus stop close by and you can travel the 2 miles to the main part of town in the evening quite easily or alternatively taxi’s are also easy to come by.

We stayed twice at the San Giovanni this summer. Every visit was just perfect in every sense. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are very clean. There is a reason why the restaurant has the best ratings in all Livigno. Don’t miss it!! We will cone again for sure 😍👍

The food was incredible and the hospitality wonderful. We will recommend staying or eating here at the very least. Rooms were comfortable and just what you need. Just be careful, the barman has the ability to make you lose all good intentions, next thing you know it's 1am and you're toast lol!
