Great Location, spa area is the best and Antonio the lifeguard is a great friendly person.Food is excellent, staff friendly and welcoming. The hotel is right next to the ski elevators. The hotel has a wonderful spa, with jacuzzis, saunas and a great infinity pool. The room is also nice and perfectly clean. Alpen resort Bivio was our best choice ever. It took me a while to choose the perfect hotel for our stay in Livigno. I was looking for modern and trendy place with the spa. And close to the slopes. Alpen hotel Bivio was the best choice. Amazing hotel with beautiful views and great spa. We stayed in the Sky Suite #825. Bit more expensive but brand new, modern and unforgettable views. There's enough parking around the hotel so don't get confused with some reviews or description. Definitely we will come back. Couple things for improvement.. suggestions.. 1. When you pay €300+ per night and looking for coffee after dinner it should be available instead of "impossible" 2. Not everyone is drinking wine with the dinner. Spirits or cocktails such as Aperol or Mojito should be available. 3. The most guests we noticed were from Italy, Czech Republic, Poland. When we wanted to watch TV in the evening, some movie or anything in English, there was no choice. All channels were, Italian and Russian.. …
We had a wonderfull holiday @Alpenresort Livigno. Great infinity pool, welness & spa, great massage... Super service in the restaurant thanks to Piero & Kledis... very good tiramisu 🤣. Thanks for making our holiday succes
I came with my wife and children about 1 week ago and I still can't forget the holidays spent at the alpen village. Buffet lunch, good food with excellent service.Piero is the best!!! I also had dinner at the wine studio. Very professional the manager and the guy named Domenico, who served me in everything. I greet everyone, a hug to Samuele from the bar, with Stefania and the lifeguard. I will come for next year.
Due to the mix of low budget and high-end a bit difficult to combine all expectations of the respective target groups. For us, Raimondo, chef de service restaurants, made the difference and gave us excellent service and approach. Thanks a lot, Raimondo!! We might come back due to you and the personal touch you gave to our experience.
I came this hotel for second time…and I was really pleasantly impressed about the reconstruction of the hotel. Everything is obtained really according to the high standards, nice lobby area with bar and big panoramic windows so you can enjoy your coffee by watching the Alps 🏔 But the main reason why you want to come back is the service and people who provide such a good service to guests. My big friend and General Manager Signor Marco - The best Manager I have ever seen. Always glad to see you, always ready help and in his presence you feel like you really somewhere in “Italian Familia”. The Front Office Manager Matteo - highly professional, who can always assist without any big deals. The Restaurant and Cuisine as always on the top, there are no words to explain how tasty it is. 🍝 After each dinner or breakfast you telling “Mamma Mia” to yourself cause it is really delicious and you don’t care about kilos. The Supervisor Nicola who well mannered and is inviting the guests to the restaurant and leading the best F&an team ever. Especially I would highlight Samuel who is hyper active waiter and do job responsibilities really fast and meanwhile makes a good mood for everybody. SPA Centre - this area is my best place to hang out after the long day skiing, the best place for retreat I would say. Guys, it is not enough words and emotions to tell you about this stay and hotel in once, but You Have To Come! Hotel consists of a new, luxury part, with amazing rooms and 7 old chalets with low budget offer. First problem - all parts are connected into one huge mess. You have a restaurant and self service buffet in the same hall. People are divided - one side of the restaurant has nicer table cloths and amazing view, the other side is basic. However, restaurant only offers one (always the same) daily menu and a very limited selection of a'-la-cart food - basically it is all the same as in the self-service buffet, only they bring it to you hot on the plate. Also the spa is crazy - amazing views and beautiful architecture, but all the saunas with glass walls and people ignoring the basic etiquette. They bring towels to the Roman/ Turkish bath, wear costume and stare in the sauna if you are undressed and there is absolutely no privacy. The spa, pools and rest areas are crowded, No Covid measures followed in the spa and pool area. Apart from the gorgeous view and rooms, another positive side is friendly personnel - girls in the spa and the waiters are really nice. Extra nice and professional is also ski service, whereas ski and boots deposit are poorly organized, overcrowded, no security. Considering he difference in the price of the room in the new part vs. the old part, which is substantial, you do not get enough for the money you pay.…
We had a great time and were very happy with the lovely servers especially Kledis and Luigi! We could joke around with them and still gave you amazing service. Great food and food choices for every diet with great attention to detail. Besides the food the ski-rental services were also very nice with helpful people. The hotel also has a great location close to the slopes and bus station.
We really our one week stay. The spa was top notch, it had several pools and different saunas. We also tried the Aufguss event which was great. The restaurant had a big and varied buffet and our waiter Kledis is excellent! :)
second time in Livigno in this "hotel", I say "hotel" but it would be more correct to call it "hostel". There is no respect for COVID regulations, personnel without masks, and very low quality food !!! Compared to two years, many things have improved, but badly managed; they are unable to solve the simplest problems. compared to two years ago, a lot of staff has changed, unfortunately the best people are no longer there, replaced with staff who are not up to par. Old rooms with a lot of problems. the new massage cabins with a view are beautiful, but with staff not up to the standard of what the structure wants to become. Beautiful spa, but it's like being in a pigsty, all huddled together with no respect for covid rules! I hope that someone will intervene to fix all these problems because a hotel that wants to become 4 stars is quite another thing. for next season I will not return to this hotel, but I will look for something else, especially that has respect for a paying customer.…
