I’ve been to Livigno many times. This was my 1st stay at this hotel. The location is great, right at the center, few steps to everything. It’s a typical style Livigno hotel, but its missing a personal touch. It seems they simply don’t care, and this is very unusual to Livigno. When we checked in I asked if we may stay for additional night. The lady told me they are fully booked. The hotel was empty... I signed in to Hotels.com and showed her I can complete my reservation in a second...I truly wanted to save her the site fee. But...we’ll, she insisted there were no rooms available. So I completed it, and...surprise! She had a room for us. Strange. They don’t assist with recommendations, their city bikes (free of charge) are not maintained, the towels are old...and I can continue. It’s not a bad place. But it’s not as good as it could be, just because they do t care. The price was decent compared to the area - 103€ per night for the 2 of us. We didn’t try their breakfast.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed one night. The room was very nice and the breakfast too. Nice staff. We had dinner in the house restaurant. We tried the spaghetti carbonara which we thought was very good.

The hotel is well kept and good value for money. Worked well for the family. Rooms could be a little bigger and the window from the shower into the bedroom is rather weird but I cannot really think of a significant downside to the hotel. Staff were mostly friendly, rooms are clean and the hotel is well situated to the slopes and to the town.

We are coming to this hotel 3rd time already. Like the atmosphere and stuff. Traditional style. Good breakfast and very reasonable price. Close to the slopes, shops and restaurants. Nice Delux Rooms. It has its own garage.

We visited Pontiglia with friends in June 2016. Typical local italian food. Great experience. Super service. We will for sure be back next time visiting Livigno. I can recommend this hotel and restaurant.
