Bad service, expencive as hell. Not worth it. The service was just from hell. The guy who served us was rude and had no sence for service. You feel just robbed and sad. No pleasent experience. The food was just bad. The service worst if possible.

Was drawn into restaurant by a “scout” on the street suggesting we try it out. As we walked towards the restaurant was given a discount card? Strange? But not as strange as each person being charged €2 couvert charge. It is not about the money but the principle. Won’t be remembered for the food (which was ok but cold) but by being the only restaurant we ate at that charged a couvert charge.

Only stayed one night but seemed a good hotel. Breakfast was ok and the room comfortable. Found it difficult to find as the road outside seemed like a pedestrian area. Free parking and a very lively night club that got going late. Will be visiting again as this is a tax free area fuel only 1.05 Euro a litre.

Good service, great location, ok breakfast choice. Beautiful views and ample parking. Excellent basement disco if your in the party mood! Lots of places to eat around lunchtime or after 5pm. Excellent choices of shops for tax free treats!

We booked for a short stay and the rooms were clean but basic. Our room had a connecting door with another room what made you hear everything from the other room. The bathroom window looked over a common terrace and had no facilities to to cover the view. we helped ourselves with towels. We booked halfboard and the food was less than average. We expected more as our experience in the past was not so bad.

One-Day visit this August in high season period. Just a break in the restaurant for lunch. Fast and efficient service. Genuine taste. "Pizzoccheri" a tipical Valtellina dish delicious, "better than mine!": said mi wife. Normal prices. Suggested.

In a place like Livigno you need to be careful. Generally, Italy is a country of good food and it is less likely to end up in a really bad place. But wherever there are many tourists you need make sure this is not a hidden fast food with frozen pizza. Helvetia is not. Serving typical Italian dishes, prosciutto, pizza, spaghetti, Pana Cotta and good coffee. It is really big, so supposedly good for groups as well.

Note: we didn't stay here, just ate here. Great pizzas which are also very good value for money. Good friendly staff, who were generous with the free shots of Limoncella. The restaurant and pizzeria seem to be two different businesses, though with the same waiting staff. Good location in the centre of town.

We booked a room for 3 adults for our ski vacation. When we got there, we received a room suitable for 2 adults and a child, since one of the beds was short. The room was tiny, there was barely enough room on the floor for our luggage, and it looked old and in need of a renovation. The food was bad, there was very little food at breakfast and dinner was very low standard. The location is very good though, very close to the ski lifts.
