This place far exceed our expectations. It is family run & very obvious they all take pride in this hotel. Angelo met us outside, brought us to reception, & spoke excellent English. Since our Italian is limited to maybe half a dozen words, we were very thankful. Our room was very clean, it opened up to a huge deck, and the breakfast was incredible. Freshly baked pastries, eggs, cereal, freshly made yogurt, fruit, bread, and so much more. Ample parking available & they allowed motorcycles to park in their garage. The location was great. Walking distance to downtown and the major walkways by the river and lake, yet it was comfortably quiet. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were first greeted a week before arrival with warnings about check in times being between 16-22h and 30€ charge if we don't make it within this window. Nice welcome. We paid a ridiculous amount of money (around €220/night) for a shabby, tired and ridiculously small room. Yes, it was a high season. But even with this rate every bit of an extra had its costs. As a punishment for booking the hotel through hotels.com we were charged €5/day for a parking. (Otherwise free). Also, should you want internet, hourly charges apply (this is 21st century). Breakfast is basic. The last day when we came back to the hotel to pick up our car after skiing, the hotel owner attacked my son with the snow shovel as we were approaching the car. I was wearing the ski mask and he didn't recognize us. He would have hit him had I not taken my mask off. He later apologized, but still. Such a devotion to a parking space is not necessary. We go to Livigno regularly but definitely will not stay here again.

Bit old fashioned hotel, which is located about 100m away from slopes - so walking distance :) Rooms are bit old, but very well equipped. Breakfast serve everything you would expect (ham, cheese, sweets, boiled egg, coffee, juice...). One of the cheapest hotel in this area, good for single skier as well as for families :)

If you are going to stay just for a few days and you are 'on the road' (biking, hiking whatever) this hotel offers a nice place to stay and it is affordable. Do not expect any luxury, but it is more than just average. We liked it! The breakfast is well selected.
