Easter weekend. Excellent location, sea view, convenient possibility of private garage for 10 euros per day (without receipt).
Punctual and helpful reception.
Negative notes: small room for what you pay, smell of fried food coming from the fryer under the window, damp room with mold on the side of the wardrobe.

Compared to what is presented on the site, the room does not correspond to the description: wardrobe with broken door, taps not well fixed, only two hangers in the wardrobe, no hooks in the room. Very small room that doesn't even allow you to have a chair. Room with window on the first floor above a chip shop. Cannot open window. The view of the gulf is beautiful but unfortunately not very enjoyable

I've just returned from a 5 night stay here, and would recommend this 'hotel' to others. The room was small but it had everything we needed. A cleaner comes every day with fresh towels (although on the last day she forgot to leave us clean towels). The location is perfect, and has lovely views over the sea. There was lots of restaurants and bars in the area. The hotel felt secure with a pin code entry.
I would say our room was quite noisy as it was on the ground floor, so we heard a lot of noise with people coming and going. The only thing i would have liked would have been a safe to store our passports/money in.

We were on the 2 floor (3rd level for Americans...) and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. The location is great, very central to the rest of the town, close to restaurants and two markets, very close to the bus and the ferry to Portovenere. The wi-fi was spotty - but I was on vacation, so why worry?
The room was serviced daily, the bed was comfortable and it was actually pretty quiet for being right above and near so many restaurants and bars.
Be warned, however, there are a lot of stairs. Steps up to the front door and lots of steps to the room. It is worth the effort, in my opinion, but if you travel with a lot of luggage, it might be daunting.
I found the staff to be very responsive via WhatsApp, usually within an hour for a response. The one time there was a delay, they were very apologetic (and by delay I mean a few hours!). I would stay here again.

Having booked on Booking, we expected this would live up to its lovely promises and we were extremely disappointed! First being told by message we could arrive only at 6 pm, then being met at a parking very far from the rooms by a very uninterested and unhelpful young woman and her friend. We were told to drive to the top of a small car park and leave the car there. We were walked to the rooms, where we could easily have left our luggage and then moved the car rather than carrying bags a long walk. The room up some narrow stairs looked ok, nothing special. The woman who never introduced herself, asked for 10 EUR for the car park (twice what we had been told, there is no free parking). We asked for more pillows and she pointed to under the bed. She could not wait to leave. Going into the bathroom after she left, we noticed how dirty it was, a dirty used soap by the sink and a dirty towel. No pillows or pillow cases under the bed... especially bad with Covid....
We called her, and finally she responded by text message saying she would send a cleaner. 10 mins later she said the cleaner was there now. 45 mins the cleaner arrived....
By then we had found another hotel. Same price but much nicer.
We never heard from the woman, or the owners.
We complained to Booking, and were told the owners refused to reimburse our 90 EUR.
Go to Lerici, it is lovely, but stay away from this rude, dirty uncaring place!!

Very disappointing, air conditioning which already worked in fits and starts on the first day, the second did not work completely, the problem was reported from the first day and we were told on the third day that they would restart the air as soon as possible, in addition saying that it has always worked which was strange that it didn't work.. .. but if you read the reviews you will realize that it is always like this. In fact in the room you will find a fan ..... The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. And the stairs to get to the apartment are very narrow and steep. In the mini bar found an already opened bottle of water. Let's say that the only positive thing is the sea view.

It 's the second year that we spend a week's holiday at this property located in Lerici in a central position in front of the port, very impressive view. The room is nice clean and bright.
The sun and the sea are at home.

The double "deluxe" room is so small that two people cannot maneuver. There is no breakfast, daily room cleaning or closet space other than a couple of hangers. Basically there is nothing except for the view of the port. The room has been recently renovated so it has a contemporary look, but there is no elevator so if your room is on the 4th floor, you have to walk up a very narrow staircase with your luggage. No change of towels, sheets or coffee cups. They have parking but it's a good distance from the hotel. There is no reception other than the girl that meets you when you arrive so if there is any problem, you have to call them. The port during the winter is sleepier, but during the summer must be very noisy from all the restaurants and bars right below your room.
We were supposed to stay for 4 nights but decided to leave one day early and asked for a refund which they refused. Most hotels are flexible when your plans change and you have to leave early they will not charge you for the entire booking. Stay away from this place.

Location and view as advertised. Nice room, large shower box. The windows provide good sound isolation, absolutely necessary given the noisy night life.
BUT:
Air conditioning was insufficient, stopped working in two days.
WiFi was not available during the three days we stayed - though included in the price
Stairs are about 65cm wide, steep and short steps, very hard to bring luggage up and down.
There are no shutters on the window, just roman blinds that leave through enough light to read a book in the darkest corner.
Parking is over 500m from the room, most of it in full sunshine (nobody told us we could drop our luggage much closer to the room).
Support: time to answer a request (WhatsApp only, no answer over the phone) ranging from several hours up to days.
If you still want to try it, then:
1- in summertime, bring a fan (because AC is not sufficient)
2- use small suitcases only (because of narrow stairs)
3- bring ear plugs if you want to sleep with the window open (because of noise)
4- bring a sleeping mask you want to sleep during the day (because the blinds let a lot of light in)
5- arrange to drop you luggage before you park
6- be very patient - do not expect a prompt reply to any of your requests.

The steps were narrow so brining up all my suitcases were tough. Other than that the room is small, but it's perfect for what's needed. The view is the best ever! It's located close to some great walking :).
