The rating is based on it being a three star hotel. The room was small but clean. Air conditioning worked well. Shower was OK but drains very slowly. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and plenty of choice. The hotel has a nice family atmosphere as it seems that families who go to the beach stay there.
Stopped in Latina so we pre booked Garden Hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted with no positive attitude just with "oh you arrived" type attitude! Room had no fridge and the shower head leaked all over the floor. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.
The reception team, both during daytime and night shift are simply one of the best I have ever seen. The same with the lady responsible for the breakfast area. On the other hand, room was dirty, with dirty walls and some hair in the shower. A little disgusting. Even the staff should deserve to work in a better place.
This hotel is very basic. Reception and restaurants are very modern, but rooms are a bit outdated. Bed was confortable. Wifi in the room was appreciated. Bathroom could be improved, especially the size of the shower. I was very disappointed with the dinner. There is no other restaurant at walking distance, so I ended at the hotel restaurant. I was willing to have a typical italian dish (pizza or pasta), but nothing similar on the menu. Nevertheless, food was good, although a bit overpriced. Breakfast was terrible. Coffee and orange juice from the machine, industrial bakery, no fresh bread. Not recommended.
I am currently staying here. I arrived on a Wednesday evening and am staying until the next Friday, nine days. It is Saturday. First, I chose this hotel for three reasons: 1. Proximity to clients site. It is 15 minutes from the Industrial area. 2. WiFi. The older reviews here say there is none. That is no longer true. Other review sites stated there is WiFi in every room and that it was strong. The truth is there is indeed WiFi and it has been absolutely strong and stable. I am a Network Engineer and being here on business, greatly appreciate having bandwidth to work while sitting in my room. 3. Free parking expansive parking. If you have stayed in hotels in Europe before, you know sometimes places charge a small mint for parking. Not here. This place has a very large parking lot and it is free. Now, about the hotel. Most of the reviews are true. It is spartan in decor and facilities. The shower is as small as possible and there is no refrigerator. That said, it meets my needs. I do not need a sofa in my room. The wardrobe fits all my clothes, the desk fits all three of my laptops, and the while my feet do stick out of the bed, it is comfortable and I've had some of the best sleep of any hotel. The breakfast is basic; pastries, some fruit, meats, and espresso from a machine. However, you can easily ask for real coffee at the bar where breakfast is served. Dinner is clearly the overlooked feature. The prices are very fair and the food is spectacular. It is a hidden gem for sure. The staff here are very nice. While there is somewhat of a language barrier, everyone has been very respectful and receptive. The last thing is that by being on the outskirts, it is quiet. Sure the walls are paper thin, but the lack of outside noise has made my stay so far restful and very productive. In summary, this is not the Ritz or Hilton. If you fancy mints on your pillow or a Belgium waffles with Canadian maple syrup for breakfast, look elsewhere. If you are looking for a place that is convenient, friendly, and serves great dinners, this quaint hotel is more than capable.…
