The perfect base for a family stay exploring Southern Tuscany and the Maremma area..........great pool, not too crowded, and lovely staff who were always really helpful with any request, even when we needed help in explaining how to pay an Italian parking ticket!!

We stayed at Fattoria San Lorenzo in April 2013 and had a fantastic experience. Although we were aware that a car would be useful we decided not to hire one and managed extremely well. The estate itself is beautiful and perfect for walks. The grounds are very well maintained and all the facilities are clean and new. There is an...

Fattoria San Lorenzo was brilliant! Exceedingly relaxing couple of nights in an idyllic farm-side location. Helpful, knowledgable staff; beautifully maintained accommodation, pools and surrounds; Kids swam both days (in November!) and scootered around the place – including over to the working farm behind the property. Close-by Conad supermarket is very useful and has everything you need to be self-sufficient –...

We have just come back from Fattoria San Lorenzo and we have got very mixed feelings about this place! The bangalows are very nice, good size accomodation, nice patio, clean, very welcoming. There were no cleaning services though and we had to empty the bins ourselves and take the rubbish away every day. We were supposed to be able to...

The first floor apartment consisted of a large open plan sitting / dining / kitchen area with hob and micro wave, adequate crockery and cutlery....

Having spent time reading reviews prior to going, we thought it necessary to write this review for the people who are unsure or would like to know a little more. We flew to Pisa, hired a car & drove to Grosseto. The place was easy to find, please note that the reception isn't signposted from the main road, but is...

We stayed overnight while driving from Florence to Sorrento and after seen the place and tasting the food, we regretted not staying there more time. The rooms are very comfortable, the pool and pool area very nice, it is inside a farm or ranch of about 400 hectares and the restaurant is wonderful.

We spent a great time at Casa Livia. The house was nicely furnished and the manager did everything to help us with whatever we needed. The weather was still warm so our children could enjoy the beautiful pool which was still open. We also appreciated the breakfast service - each morning, we found fresh rolls and croissants on our terrace....
