Great location for all we wanted to do on Lake Garda, hotel and staff were really good especially Alexander. Room was adequate and spotless. The breakfast was the highlight of our dining, all was delicious Will definitely look at revisiting next year. would definitely recommend.

An outstanding hotel in every respect. Very helpful and polite reception team. Most knowledgeable and professional restaurant staff. Very efficient yet friendly. Two restaurants. Both superb. The hotel sits about 50 meters from the edge of the lake in the village of Garda. Perfectly placed for exploring the whole area. Buses will take you up the East cost to the top...

Just spent 5 nights on half board. Excellent value as "low" season, although on our last full day the sun shone all day and the temperature was 21c. Breakfast was buffet style, with the eggs being cooked as you like them. Dinner was 4 courses, fixed starter although a salad could be taken, choice of 3 for next two courses...

We stayed here for 7 nights. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded from a Junior Suite room to a Loft Suite. Our room was extremely spacious with a huge comfortable bed, ample wardrobes, drawers, cupboards etc. and a fabulous large bathroom with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and washbasin. We also had a lovely view of the...

hotel was a bit quirky, very nice & clean. Rooms were large & airy with comfortable beds. Pool area was lovely, with bar & food available, although we didn't spend much time there as there is so much to do. We were on half board & although we usually prefer eating in different restaurants, we loved the food here!! The...

we booked half board and was treated to a four course meal every evening. Absolutely superb. We were surprised by a bottle of prosecco when a receptionist heard in passing that it was our 28th wedding anniversary. Made us feel special. Staff very helpful and seemed to be fluent in at least three languages.

We spent 3 days during some hot August weather. The room was comfortably cool and quiet. The large pool area was great for afternoon cooling off. The hotel is almost on the lake and conveniently Minutes from restaurants, shops and the ferry service. Recommend walking or biking to Bardolino (about 45 minutes walking) along lakeside walkway. We preferred dinner in...

We stayed here for a week as a family. The staff from the word go were extremely helpful and friendly - particularly the concierge who showed us to our rooms. Our rooms were large, well furnished and very clean. The hotel is perfectly located in Garda - extremely close to the lake but far enough to be very quiet in...

Having just returned from our stay at this lovely hotel just wanted to update people on how the food has changed from previous years. Hotel is very clean, pleasant staff, although no final goodbye or did you enjoy your stay with us or anything. We stayed at this hotel about 10 years ago and food was served on silver platters....

There really is nothing I can fault this hotel for. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were friendly and obliging from reception, waiters, cleaners and bar staff. The room (404) we had was spacious and high quality with its own roof terrace. It had lake and surrounding countryside views. The en suite was excellent...
