Nice place with a nice small garden under the trees, quiet but close to everything. You can walk to the center and the beach. No need for bicycle. Nice breakfast. Room are basic but clean. You have also a free parking available.

A well organized family hotel close to the city centre. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It's possible to hire bicycles to go to the beach or to go to towns close by.

Positive: The Hotel is overall nice and clean with a very friendly stuff and conscious about Covid-19 measures.
Negative: The room was small, very noisy (you can hear very clearly noise from other rooms), the forniture was really outdated. The hairdryer was super old and it takes ages to dry your hair.
The breakfast was extremely poor, absolutely no choice if you want to eat a bit healthy (but also if you don’t).
Absolutely the price of the room is too expensive (170€ /night), of course you’re in Forte dei Marmi during the weekend and rooms are all expensive but it’s sad to see how poor is the care for little details that could be improved with a little bit of effort. I hope that they’ll consider to invest in better rooms and breakfast because as I said the hotel (common spaces and outdoor) is nice and the position is really good.

We stayed there for 4 nights a week ago. The hotel is very well located. It's a 3' walk to downtown and 5' walk to the beach. It's quiet, neat, simple, but has everything you need, including AC, a safe in the room and a minibar. It's very reasonably priced, compared to many other very pricey hotels in the area. We chose the Bed & Breakfast option. Breakfast was good. The staff is amazing! Gabriella at the front desk is extremely nice and available and always does her best to accomodate any request of yours. Marco is simply fantastic; you can ask him any information about restaurants or places nearby and he will help you thoroughly. The hotel also has bikes available for free for its guests.

Smallish hotel in its own garden furnished with chairs and loungers [and large umbrellas]. Decent comfortable rooms and good en-suite showers. Some comfortable sofa's and small bar in reception.. 5 minutes from the beach. Reasonable continental breakfast and tasty dinners though no Michelin stars!

We stayed for 4 nights in September. The staff made us feel most welcome. Everywhere was very clean. The food was basic but very well cooked. Ample selection for breakfast. We had a good sized room but I understand some of them are quite small. The hotel is in a good location for touring and visiting Pisa, Lucca and Florence. The resort itself is not great with all the beach being sectioned off into private beaches and little of the beach or sea visible from the coast road. No promenade. The shops were mostly high class ladies fashion.

Recently spent a few days in this hotel which I used as a base to explore Tuscany. Very much enjoyed my stay in the comfortable, clean room. Staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Everyone went out of their way to insure I enjoyed my trip to Forte Dei Marmi. Maps, directions and bus and train timetables given out on request.
Food was simple but beautifully cooked and presented. As a vegetarian I was adequately catered for. I thought the hotel was very good value for money. There is a small lounge and reception area with a bar. Pretty gardens with attractive garden furniture and super large hammock!
The hotel is just a couple of streets away from the sea front but very peaceful. A quiet haven away from what must be a very resort in the summer. I fully intend to return if I get the chance. Smashing holiday!

Just spent 5 days in this delightful hotel. We had a comfortable and clean room with good beds and ensuite shower room. The meals (breakfast and dinner) were simple but adequate. The staff were wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. The location was great - tucked away down a quiet side street but only a few minutes walk to the beach and the town centre. We would definitely come back here and would recommend it as a perfect base for exploring this wonderful area. Excellent value for money!

The staff were excellent , so helpful , polite and well humoured.
Breakfast was pretty basic but dinner was always well cooked and well presented.
The resort is in walking distance , there is a weekly market and a fruit and veg market open daily.
In the adjacent street is a very good bar , a bakers and an ice cream parlour.
The hotel garden is well equipped with comfortable loungers and tables and is usually restful and peaceful.

Sì è collocato a 400 mt dal mare raggiungibile comodamente a piedi e percorrendo la via pedonale e più chic di Forte.
Convenzionato con Bagni Concetta (molto ben organizzato) ma farsi rilasciare dalla reception (Gabriella) il Pass e pagare in hotel altrimenti chiedono 10 € in più al giorno. Spiaggia perfetta!!!
Si e' piccolo ma il parcheggiatore e' bravissimo con il tetris delle auto..basta lasciare la chiave in reception e in caso dire per quando si ha necessita' e te la fanno trovare pronta all'uscita
