The room and kitchen were spotless and spacious, the kitchen equipped with all comforts, including kitchen utensils, kettle, microwave and crockery.
However, an excellent breakfast was included in the price.
The owners have always been very kind, welcoming and helpful.
The location is excellent, 5 minutes from the beach and not too far from the center, reachable with a short walk. Outside it is easy to find free parking.
I highly recommend it for a stay in Forte!

Excellent family-run b&b with all the amenities about 1 km from the centre, very good breakfast especially the homemade desserts made by the owner. Unfortunately the bad weather did not allow us to visit one

B&B like being with family. The owners are very kind and also available to give info on what to visit in the surrounding area. A few steps from the sea and the center. Excellent room cleaning. Excellent breakfast will be served on the veranda. Highly recommended!

I was visiting friends in Forte Dei Marmi and they recommended A Due Passi. I had a lovely 5 night stay and Elisabetta and her family were very welcoming. Breakfast was great; my room was comfortable and clean with plenty of hot water. I would recommend and if I return to Forte Dei Marmi, which is a beautiful place to visit, I would stay at A Due Passi again. It's in a great location and only a few minutes walk to the beach and town centre.

Beautiful B&B with abundant breakfasts and very kind owners available for every need.
Unfortunately the stay was for health reasons but we will definitely return.

We accidently got info this beautiful place on recommendtion from the beach restaurant. This small family hotel is very modern, clean. The owners are very kind, helpful. The sensitive guests will recognise that they carefully think about each single detail to have the house, furniture, flowers, dishes in harmony . The breakfast on the terrace is typically italian however the choice is very good enriched with home made cakes. Everything is fresh and tasty. Its on a quiet road very close to the beach.

This was our first trip to Forte dei Marmi and we chose A Due Passi based on reviews. We were not disappointed. It is a quaint, clean, establishment with comfortable rooms. Our room had a small kitchenette that is available for use for an additional fee, and a washing machine. The room was cleaned daily. The shower was small (the only drawback if you are a larger individual) but the water pressure was fantastic. Elisabetta and her parents, our hosts, were welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with italian meats, pancakes, home-baked pastries, assorted juices, and fruit. Elisabetta made our lattes to order. Forte dei Marmi is a walkable town, and A Due Passi is a very short walk to the beach. Bikes are also available to rent for a small fee on a daily basis. There were several families there with us at the inn, which clearly was welcoming to children as well as couples like ourselves. There was also ample street parking. If I return to Forte Dei Marmi, I won't hesitate to return to A Due Passi.

Super sweet hosts that are very welcoming and helpful. Idea location just a few minutes walk from town center and the beach. Clean and large rooms. Also great breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Forte Dei Marmi.

Very clean, very welcoming, good breakfast, comfortable bed, close to town centre, close to beach, plenty of parking on the street when I stayed in Early September, highly recommend and hope to stay again.
