Staff professional and kind as always. They welcome you with a smile. Always ready to satisfy your needs. In the heart of Forte Dei Marmi near shops, restaurants and bars. Also very near the sea and the famous pier. From there you can reach cities such as Livorno ( Leghorn). Lucca ,Viareggio and Firenze ( Florence). Maxbugatti.

The Goya is a great hotel in an excellent location in Forte dei Marmi - just 2 roads back from the beach, and within strolling distance of the fabulous shops and restuarants.
I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. Throughout our stay there they were all friendly, smiley, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our room was tastefully furnished with a very nice bathroom, a balcony and mini bar, and was just 140 euros per night. This included an excellent buffet breakfast and also bike hire. When we asked to stay in our room late on the day of departure and offered to pay extra, they wouldn't hear of it.
We didn't have dinner at the hotel, but the dining room was beautifully furnished - rather like an elegant wedding reception venue. Breakfast was served outside on the terrace, where there was also a whirlpool bath with a view of the mountains available to guests.
All in all, a real find. We would definitely stay there again.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at. The apartments were very clean and newly renovated. The location was incredible, very close to the beach and the town. The staff was all very professional and courteous, especially Emanuele. I would come here every year from now on.

Everyone who worked there was super friendly and helpful. From the first moment you arrive they will take care of all of your travel needs. Lovely hotel to stay will kids. Loved the breakfast, and the location. Make sure to rent a bike, go to the beautiful beach.

Good hotel, Nice staff, Free bikes, central located and close to the beach.
Good breakfast and clean room With Nice view over the village @ a Side corner room. Plenty good restaurants in the Area, it is not a cheap Area to stay. We had enough Free parking space in the Side streets (of season)

Very pleasant personal. Emanuel welcomed us nicely. We were visiting in the winter, hotel had many free rooms so we got a free upgrade to a deluxe room with sea view. We also got a baby bed in the room. Breakfast is good, but still no eggs, like in the rest of the Italy. Room is clean, bathroom looks nice. Location is perfect. 1 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes walk to the city center. 13Eur Taxi ride from the train station. This is a true 4 stars hotel.

This hotel was selected by my friend for location to his home. It is the 2nd time I have stayed here and each time the service staff have been excellent. The elevator was out for my most recent visit. WiFi is only in the lobby and sometimes reachable on the 1st floor. The Wednesday morning market in the town square is a short walk away. Restaurants on the shore are also a short walk. But rating of average is for room quality and lack of WiFi in the room.

Stayed for the second time in November 07 for two nights only. The hotel is situated within 5 minutes walk of the beach and many wonderful restaurants, shops and boutiques.
The staff are super, really efficient and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I dined in the restaurant for one evening and had fabulous sea bass, various seafood pasta dishes and surveyed a really good wine list, again served with great aplomb and humour. The self service breakfast is excellent with pastries, fresh fruit, various cured meats etc.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and the ones I have stayed in have had lovely views out over the streets and adjacent buildings.
I am very much looking forward to staying again.

Got here for a weekend and I absolutely loved this hotel. Staff was very friendly and polite, room was clean and cozy. Lovely breakfast too. Only remarks: my room was a bit small, with a very small shower in the bathroom (err...we are a couple) and air conditioner was quite noisy. But they found me a room despite I booked the day before and it was August. So I thanks them.
