Upon arrival to the hotel you can see from the impeccable lobby and well mannered staff that you have entered a five star oasis. Hidden amongst the villas and trees is the loveliest retreat . The room was a bit small and the glass bathroom was a little funky at first but we quickly adapted to the calm and luxurious atmosphere. We were lucky to have our room ready for us when we arrived after a 3 hour drive from Milan . They had our itinerary of our reservations printed for us as well . We quickly unpacked as best we could manage changed and hopped onto the hotel bikes and headed around the corner to the the Dalmazia beach club (part of the hotel ). We may have stayed in the ocean for 2 hours..cooking off and washing the travel off of us . Francisco and Antonio (brothers and identical twins ) couldn't do enough for us ! We napped and went back to the hotel for our dinner in the hotel in the Michelin star Lux Lucis. That is an experience you definitely don't want to miss... We spent the next week riding to the beach and dinner ..even relaxing by the pool . It's 5 star service from the most delicious breakfast in the morning to the cocktails by the beach . The hotel accommodated our every need impeccably . When we left to Sardinia I was sad and wished I had stayed for 2 weeks ! I plan on going back next year !!

The entire team at Principe handled our group of 16 persons with the utmost professionalism. We enjoyed everything they recommended and especially the meals they arranged and tours. They exceeded our expectations that we have become accustomed.

We booked 4 nights here without knowledge of the town or that most hotels aren’t actually on the beach with views.. The staff very graciously let us out of our reservation after the first night so that we could return to Chianti. The service and attentiveness at this hotel was amazing. We ate some snacks at the Sky Lounge and breakfast; both delicious. The rooms mostly face South so you might want to confirm what you your room provides. 5 stars for the service.

Our suite cost 950 euros per night, but it doesn't deserve the name suite. It is an impractical, large room. No coffee machine, no fresh fruit that you would expect every day for this price. The food is good. The prices however inflated. Water, beer, a glass of wine or a glass of champagne - prices with several 100% margins for all drinks are a rip off. Customer requests - oh sorry. The wine ordered from the large wine list is brought in, but with no information that it is not the desired vintage. Unworthy of such a hotel. The Hotel Principale lacks the feeling for hospitable service and offer. The guest is king - but not in the Hotel Principe. The prices are far from the offer. There are hotels in Forte dei Marmi that are 10 times cheaper and offer more service. We were very disappointed and in the future wie avoid this hotel.

The place Forte dei Marmi is always worth a visit and then stay at the Hotel PrÃncipe. We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the stay with its excellent beach location Dalmazia. The service staff in the hotel and also on the beach is extremely friendly and always concerned about the well-being of the guests. The rooms were very clean and were cleaned in the morning while we were at breakfast. One of the highlights next to the perfect beach is the roof top bar. A view of the sea and the surrounding countryside, as you would not otherwise find in the place. Not to forget the star restaurant Lux Lucis, but a separate review about it.

Very new and modern luxury hotel with big and airy rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and you can lend city bikes for free which is a great way to explore the area. Gorgeous roof top bar with amazing views over the beach/sea. The only rather negative point was the breakfast which has a very minimal buffet and "some" meals to order à la carte. We had booked "breakfast included" but as far as we understood you are entitelt to only one order... maybe we got it wrong but the procedure was complicated.

The moment we stepped foot on the property, we loved it. Private, excellent location, and beyond chic. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful, especially the sweet pool attendant - she was lovely. Riding bikes to town was a highlight each day. Breakfast was very nice but limited. At the price point, it would have been nice to see a full buffet. We had just arrived from Portrait Milano and their breakfast is hard to beat. Beach club was nice but we had booked in advance and it wqs cloudy and windy most of our stay. They have a 48-hr cancellation which was unfortunate at the price. The spa was extremely nice and the gym well-equipped.
We stayed in a suite and it was spacious and had a huge bathroom. The glass wall/door to bathroom are easy to walk into if you aren’t paying attention so be cautious.
Rooftop bar is great. Have a cocktail at sunset.

I cannot imagine any bad reviews written for this establishment. Every single staff member was absolutely incredibly hospitable and kind. The property is by far the nicest property in the area. A very well ran hotel from top to bottom. Every individual who works at this hotel is a true professional. We will definitely be back and we had a very memorable time. Thank you so much.

Amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff with connections at all the best restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel. Comfortable rooms, amazing spa, great rooftop bar and view. Concierge is extremely helpful in all planning and very responsive.
