What a beautiful and stlyish Hotel in Forte dei Marmi! Love the interieur! Located directly across the street to the beach club, which is also perfect! Very nice personnel, super clean and a lot of services included! (eg. free bike rentals, free transfer to city centre) - it's just 20 mins. walk to the "center of Forte dei Marmi"
You may also want to have dinner at "The Park", not cheap, but worth every cent - amazing food! (Michelin)

Amazing services and stuff. Great place to stay in FDM. Bikes for rent ( no need to reserve it, they have plenty of very simple bikes ) - if you need better bike there are rental offices on town where you can rent electric or faster bikes. Without bike or car everything is far:) Rooms are little bit smaller but modest and clean with great views. Private beach is clean and you have there “your cabana” with 2sunbeds, 1chair and 2sunseats with towels. Beach bar is open till 19:00. Room cleaning twice a day. Offer of car transport to Viareggio or anywhere close(van for at least 6people). Nice calm place with privacy.

Beautiful hotel, Amazing beach club, Friendly people, Food at the beachclub is so-so, Food at Il Parco is amazing highly recommended to go there! We really enjoyed our stay only when we checked in we found or room very dirty, I complained about that and they told me they would re clean the room, To be honest as a first time check in guest this is not how it should be, Especially after other guests have checked out there should be a proper cleaning. There were make-up stains on the doors and windows, Very dirty spots on the door of the toilet + gross brown spots on the toilet itself, Also the sink was filled with toothpaste spots. After complaining only the toilet got cleaned, All the other things mentioned were still dirty, I tried to speak with a manager just to explain the situation, We didn’t want a bigger room or anything ( rooms are very very small) but we just wanted a clean room where we felt comfortable, We didn’t have the comfortable clean feeling during the whole stay which was a pity, I really suggest them to have a good word with their cleaning team, Or have a new cleaning team, As this is just putting people off and that’s a pity for such an amazing and beautiful property, For the rest we really loved everything, Only to be honest cleanliness is a very important thing and it did ruin our stay a bit.

Me and my family stayed/got some sun bath for one day in their private beach zone in July 2024; we booked before a tent for 300 euro, expecting services comparable to what payed. But: - their shower next to the sea did not function - after swimming in the see, had to do a shower in the neighborhood (next beach zone); - their wi-fi also did not functioned, no matter if private (with password), or free, without any password. - at lunchtime we have to wait for almost one hour for the first dish even if we order in the first 10 minutes after arriving; others than ordered after us, ate before us. - Villa Grey beach does not have any designated place before the restaurant zone on the beach to wash the sand off our feet, so, we had to stay with all that stuck sand while eating. The only functional shower was located after crossing the restaurant, in the zone of changing cabins. - the safe box on the beach was useless because the key was blocked in the locker and could not take it out after locking.
On conclusion, we did not get what we payed for! Expected that such things that enumerated before simple did not exist!

The review refers to the restaurant of the Villa Gray bathing establishment. With a close-knit and consolidated group of friends, my wife and I had lunch in this establishment on Saturday 7 October on a splendid October day. The table was positioned overlooking the sea and therefore we also enjoyed a beautiful view. It has its own kitchen and its own chef and compared to that of the other il Parco restaurant (one Michelin star) it is more based on seafood dishes typical of the Versilia tradition. The proposals are all of a good standard and are characterized by the use of good quality raw materials and generous portions. Above all, I would like to point out the spaghetti with clams and the fried fish (crispy, not greasy and plentiful). The proposals on the wine list are good. Young but attentive and professional staff. Prices are high, in line with those of the area, but the level of cuisine and service is above average compared to similar structures on the Versilia side.

This is the third time we have come to Forte dei Marmi but the first time we are staying at Villa Gray which we did not know and we are delighted. We had a deluxe room with a balcony overlooking the sea. The decoration is sober and elegant. The hotel is on a human scale. The hotel's private beach is beautiful and very well maintained, the beach restaurant is very pleasant. Bicycles are available free of charge and the hotel has parking. Only two small drawbacks: - the establishment does not have a swimming pool which would be very useful when the sea is rough. - from the rooms on the sea, we have the noise of the road which at certain times is very present. Above all, a big thank you to the whole team, from reception to the beach via the breakfast team, everyone was responsive, very available and super helpful.

We have been loyal customers of the Villa Gray park for years, every year we find innovation, courtesy and quality, since this year even our one and a half year old daughter has been able to see its goodness by devouring a simple but amazing spaghetti with tomato, served in just a few minutes after his arrival. Brilliant wine list, bill suited to the type of location and food and how it is served. See you tonight!!

We stayed in this hotel for a family weekend, facing a price in line with the best 5 stars in the area. Unfortunately, compared to expectations, we found a lack of services and difficulties in the kitchen both at breakfast and lunch. No option to use the bathroom with a small child, only starred option at dinner, no time flexibility at checkout, no electric charging just to name a few. All this at a very high price

I had the pleasure of dining here at Il Parco and it did not let me down! The food and service were impeccable. Perfect location, what a treat! My only flaw would be that there was a strange sound coming from the kitchen halfway through the meal, it was quite loud and distracting and other guests were guessing what the sound was too.. maybe a generator or something like a mixer or blender? This need to be addressed as it did ruin the atmosphere a little for being so loud. Other than that, i will definitely return.
