Room clean and with everything you need; varied breakfast and extremely helpful staff; price-quality absolutely correct. Mrs. Sonia and her wonderful mother give very useful and valuable advice. We will definitely return!
Katarina and Raffaella
Excellent breakfast, really friendly staff
Recommended suitable for couples and families, shame about the lack of lift
- the moquette of my bedroom is stained, and stink maybe after washing treatment. Air con as you can see from pictures is so so old.. Need to be restored as soon as possible. Terrilble!!!
In addition, I find it unfair not to have been informed in advance of the cost of renting bicycles: 60 euros for two days is an excessive price, especially considering that the bikes were not in good condition and we had to have them repaired in order to use them.
I will definitely return to Forte dei Marmi, but I will avoid staying at this hotel again. Not Recommendation.
The staff is Can Do..one moment...make it happen. We had a business emergency that caused us all to learn new internet skills and young and older gathered around the computer to make it work.
We were on the first floor which was terrific for us. Cool, clean room in the August heat. Meals were great. No reviewer mentioned that you can literally stay in the hotel all day long and eat breakfast, lunch and dinner there. It was wonderful - especially for rainy days.
We did roam out to find some sun and enjoy some great meals. TripAdvisors had frightened me about the pricing but we found great food without crazy prices. We did learn that in August, you really need a reservation for any of the local places. I thought this was a joke. I was proved wrong. If you are not enjoying dinner in the little garden in the hotel- for which you need to make a reservation - do make a reservation elsewhere or you will be walking around grumpy.
Thank you Sonia and team. Your warm welcome and helpful hands made our holiday very special indeed. We will see you next summer when I'm coming alone to paint!
This is a wonderful, family run, home. Guests are important and welcomed.
American visitors, please understand that it is not a Marriott.
Our room was lovely light, spacious and well equipped with a large sun terrace .
Sonia arranged bike hire for us at a very reasonable rate , it was so easy to explore with cycle tracks all over .
We had dinner in the hotel one night cooked by Sonia's 80 year old mother traditional Italian cuisine . Also the breakfasts were great look out for baked apples a must have !
We would certainly recommend this super hotel and will certainly return . Thank you Sonia and family you have got it right .
It loses a mark because the decor is a bit dark
and slightly dated but staff are very pleasant.
Breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely garden area at the rear. Nicely situated about 5 minutes walk from the centre and just a block from the see. Free parking right outside too.
