The trip was organised by the travel group Leger, who I found not very helpful in the issues raised here. Would not recommend travelling with them. Firstly, during the second day of the trip we arrived in our hotel, where I was offered room number 24 on the first floor next to the kitchen. There was unbearable noise coming from...

I had a single room 2nd floor with use of lift. Shower just poured out the water which frequently was cold. The flush to the toilet basin was like a bidet spray and sprayed over the floor and my feet. Most unsatisfactory! The breakfast was adequate but the evening meal which was optional and so was an extra charge I considered...

The holiday hotel is family run, clean and welcoming and the staff cant do enough for you. The food was lovely and the location is beautiful and being in the hills a lot cooler than rome! We found the room comfortable with a safe and big bathroom. All round I would say that we have thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and...

This is a typical family run Italian hotel, they are very hard working, and nothing is too much for them. If you want 5* this is not the one for you, but if you want the Italian experience in a clean environment with a very warm welcome this is the one. Lovely staff nothing is too much, they were there...

The most uncomfortable bed I ever slept in - just like sleeping on the floor. I don't mind basic and clean, but it would have been nice to be comfortable enough to sleep. There was a safe, but upside down and the angle too weird to work out the instructions so carried everything around with us. Also no fridge or...

The furniture is a bit old, but the rooms are clean. The owner couldn't have looked after our Leger group any better - early breakfasts when required, and drinks at the bar late into the evening. Fiuggi is a spa town in the cooler hills south of Rome - a beautiful spot. This part of Fiuggi is full of hotels,...

As chattycathy and june1940 said, food very expensive for what it was, but as we were on a tour, were expected to get back to hotel for evening meal, rather than staying somewhere better value to eat on way back. The owners didn't like us coming back late anyway, so surely it would have been better all round to stay...

Really cannot say enough about this perfect hotel, we arrived after 36 hours on a coach and a warm welcome awaited us. The hotel is quite small but the family are so wonderful, some of the rooms have balconies, all have shower, bidet and toilet. My mother became ill on day 2 and the family really couldn't do enough for...

This was by far the worst holiday I have been on. The hotel was clean but basic. The hotel had no Heating even though the temperature fell as low as 6 degrees coupled with thunderstorms and torrential rain. Everything felt really damp and uncomfortable. As has already been said In earlier Reviews, the ride into Rome took over two hours...

We stayed here as part of a Leger Holiday. And the previous review says it all. The hotel was cold. We were there at the beginning of the season and the weather was unseasonable, consequently it was cold and the only night there was heat in the dining room was the only night it didn't need it. Heat never got...
