A quiet, comfortable hotel just outside of the city walls and a twenty minute walk to Castello Estense. The air conditioning was effective and a small problem I had was quickly rectified. The only potential problem if you need it is that the WiFi is extremely intermittent. (It’s not a poor signal: when it was on the signal was very strong, but it often wasn’t on for more than a couple of minutes at a time).
That was great and the personal was kind specially the hotel receptionist girl and that was a nice memory for me And also they did more than enough for me . Congratulations to the manager for having this kind of personal .
Large hotel. The entrance is hidden in a shopping mall. Spacious room with wonderful beds and even a balcony. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was really "un-Italian" extensive. Lots of diversity and besides the regular coffee also the possibility to get cappuccino. You can walk to the center of Ferrara in 10 minutes. The city is definitely worth a visit. ”
The most notable thing about this hotel was how charming and helpful both the ladies on reception were. The hotel is a little way from the centre but there is a shuttle and taxis were arranged promptly and efficiently. The room was large and well equipped with a balcony. Breakfast was a little disappointing-and the reason for only 4 out of 5-the staff deserved 5!

It is decorated in an intentionally old-fashioned style and there are lots of pieces of antique furniture dotted around the place. Our corner room was huge, clean and comfortable. It was a tiny bit jaded around the edges but that was in keeping with the general interior design of the hotel. The bathroom was also large and well-equipped. The location doesn't immediately seem very convenient or appealing, but in actual fact the hotel is a very easy walk from the centre of town. Also, the hotel offers an evening shuttle service and provides bicycles for those who want to cycle into town.…
