Hotel Bellaria is a very good choice when staying in Cortina d'Ampezzo. We were two couples using Bellaria as our accomodation for nine days during our hiking adventures August 2016. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the town itself, and only five minutes by foot from the bus station. We chose half board, and were very... More

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The hotel is a family run hotel, not too big about 3 minutes walk from the centre of Cortina. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed with wonderful Italian hospitality. Nothing was too much trouble for Lorenzo , his suggestions for each day depending upon the weather were impeccable and his... More

We really liked this hotel, almost everything about it was great. The location perfect. Good parking. Good breakfast. The owner makes you feel very welcomed and he is very helpful with any questions about where to eat, where to hike, etc. Only issue we had was that the wifi worked only in the lobby, so I hope that will change,... This hotel is family owned and operated; the rooms are nice, but not glitzy. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for showers and for shaving. Breakfast bar was excellent, and the dinners were very good. The Majoni family treated me as an honored guest. Free parking and internet were included.

This hotel was really nice. It is located almost right smack in the center of the town. We came late, as we were driving from Austria and taking a scenic tour over HimmelJoch ( recomend it ) into Italy. We were greeted by a receptionist who was very friendly! He took the time to serve us some cold beer ,... More

We caught the Cortina express from Venice and enjoyed a 3 night stay in Hotel Bellaria. It is a smaller hotel in Cortina within walking distance to the town and a lovely walking track, old railway line, right behind the hotel. Lorenzo and his family offer great service and advice. The rooms are clean and spacious, a little older but... More

We spent a week at Hotel Bellaria in August as a very comfortable basecamp for hiking and exploring the Dolomites. Lorenzo, his parents, and staff are incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with lots of storage (something I really appreciate when traveling with the family). The common areas of the hotel welcome socializing, and the food... More

We just returned from two weeks in the Dolomites region, and had a wonderful experience staying at the Hotel Bellaria in Cortina. The location (easy walk to center of town) was great, the welcome and service were excellent, and the food (we did half-board) was delicious, generous and beautifully served. Our room was charming with a lovely view - we... More

Hotel with excellent service. Very clean. Seem to run with a family atmosphere. They were very helpful in planning trip, hikes, transportation - they are very knowledgable of the area. The only downside was the WiFi - it does not work in the rooms and in a small part of the lower level and is overall very slow where it... More
