It is a good comfortable hotel. The rooms are big, clean and well equipped. At least the rooms at the backside are quiet. We had a good and quiet sleep. The service staff is friendly. The hotel has no restaurant, but a well equipped bar. The hotel is close to the railway station (10 minutes walk), near the city center (5 minutes walk) and offers free parking for guests.
Our second visit to stay in the prosecco producing area. Family run hotel and very friendly and helpful helping us plan our route and where to pick up some quality prosecco and where to eat nearby in the evening. Good quality continental breakfast and very helpful in making me cups of freshly brewed decaff cappuccino from the espresso machine. Will definitely stay again when next come back to replenish prosecco stock.
This was our favourite hotel on our Munich to Venice cycling trip. It is right on the bike trail, easy walking distance to great bars and restaurants (be sure to try Giorgio’s). Phenomenal lady at reception who helped us out with great tips. Sorry I didn’t get her name. Highly recommend!
It is a very nice place to stay in if you are in Conegliano. It is located 3 minutes walking distance from the train station. Rooms are good, needs some sound insulation, but still very good. Friendly and helpful staff.
We stayed there Thursday night, March 15. While the hotel itself is clean and comfortable, the shower stall in our room was a real safety hazard. The hotel apparently suffers from very low water pressure, so its relatively soft water coupled with the soap used in showering left the surface extremely slippery. No effort had been made by this hotel to make it safer in any way. Unfortunately, my wife slipped and cracked her head. I found her in a pool of blood and we used the hotel towels to both stop her bleeding. Fortunately, we were there because I needed to see a doctor in the hospital with an appointment at 7:30 AM. In her condition, we hurried to the front desk and explained the situation – to a completely deaf ear. There was no "I am sorry" or "What can I do to help" or "Can I direct you to the emergency at the hospital." No, this wonderfully insensitive person handed us our identification papers and the keys to our car and said absolutely NOTHING. The cleaning staff must have found the blood-soaked towels. With the front desk informed and the cleaning staff observing that something had happened, why have we heard absolutely nothing from this hotel as to her well-being? She ended up with 2 very black eyes and a micro-fracture of her nose, but it could have been much, much worse. I have lived and worked in this wonderful country for more than 25 years. I want to assure readers of this review that this is an exception. But it is an exception at an extreme that is completely inexcusable in any country, any culture, for any reason whatsoever.…
Booked 2 nights in a standard double room including breakfast. Arrived by train and its an easy walk to the hotel. The hotel is well located for exploring the town. Its a more modern hotel. We arrived early and was able to leave our luggage until check in time. We received a warm welcome, a map and some shopping information. Our luggage had been taken to our room for us. After asking if we prefer a quiet room or 1 with a balcony, we chose the former and were allocated Room 144. An easy flight of stairs. Our room was lovely with a comfortable bed, fridge, safe, tv and plenty of hanging space. The window overlooking an internal courtyard had a shutter on it, blocking out all light. Wifi works very well. Its very quiet, the bed is comfortable and we slept well. The ensuite is small but works well. Breakfast is served downstairs. Breads, meats, cheeses and boiled eggs and a good selection of cakes. Fruit juice yogurts cereals and fresh fruit. Coffee is made to order. There is plenty of choice to suit. We found the staff helpful, friendly and professional. We got a great recommendation for a restaurant and he made a reservation for us as well. We consider this hotel very good value and recommend staying here.…
We have stayed here on two separate occasions now. The most recent for over a week. We are already planning to return. This hotel is my favorite of everywhere we have stayed. The rooms are very reasonably priced, well maintained and serviced. The breakfast is excellent. The location couldn't be better. In the heart of Conegliano with everything at your doorstep. But most of all, the staff lead by owner Rosella are warm, friendly and always helpful. (and yes, they speak English too) Conegliano is on a main train line with the train station about 200 metres from the hotel. Half hour on train an you are in the heart of Venice. I recommend this hotel highly to anyone wanting to stay in Conegliano, or wanting a safe and friendly home base from which to enjoy day trips around the region.…
The hotel was service oriented. The staff at the desk, restaurant, and housekeeping went above and beyond to see that my wife and I had all we needed to be comfortable. While we spoke English very well, our Italian was entry level. The hotel staff was patient with our inability to pronounce the Italian phrases from our Italian for dummies book. A special thanks to the lady at the front desk in helping us with our morning needs👌
I stayed here with my colleague on Thursday 11th September 2015 for a business trip. Both of our rooms were very comfortable with excellent air con. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, thank you Rossello. Food was good with a varied menu. The price was very good for a good hotel, well worth a stay if in Conegliano. We will stay again on our next trip in Italy
This is a perfect place to use to visit Venice. Just an hour away by train. You walk from the hotel to the train station in 5 minutes. Colegniano itself is also very much worth visiting. Beautiful, great restaurants and bars. Not many tourists! The hotel is clean and everone from the staff is really helpful and friendly.
