This was a relaxing a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are basic. The breakfast is basic but the property is to die for. The rooms are very clean. The owners are such beautiful people and absolutely helpful in ever way they could. They also do transfers to the city which was convenient. The property has so much potential. Our...

Situated up in the hills, this hotel is not easy to get to but that was no issue. Just 'phoned up 15 minutes before we were due to pull into Civitavecchia station and the hotel minibus was there waiting to transport us to the hotel at no extra charge . Nice pool which we virtually had to ourselves apart from...

This was a good place to stay before a cruise if you have a car. It is not in the city, but up in the hills surrounding Civitavecchia and....in the midst of a cattle farm! The views were great and the room was large and fine for a night's stay. There is a good restaurant as well where we only...

It's a rustic hotel where you can relax , beautiful view , and Italian service is great , it's a little far from the downtown , 10 minutes away , but it worth it , the food is good , and the thing that I liked the most is that they are always smiling ! ,the only issue is that...

Lovely property overlooking the port of Civitavecchia. Rooms are nicely appointed, shuttle service to port is a nice perk. Great value! Enjoy wandering the property as it is full of olive trees, herbs and beautiful vistas.

We stayed at this hotel the day before our cruise. The hotel itself is somewhat rustic, but it is on a working cattle ranch after all. The rooms are a bit tired and laid out somewhat awkwardly. But overall clean. The best things about this hotel are that it is on a cattle ranch and you can walk around and...

The place is just wow. If you are looking for a quiet runaway this is the place. The resort has a very rustic ambience yet modern at the same time. The staff is extremelly friendly and courteous. Prices are regular for this time of the year. They serve delicious food in the restaurant and you must try their beef stakes....

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to a cruise and it proved to be a great choice. It is a bit out of the way so be prepared for that, we had a car. The photos on the hotel website show clearly what the rooms are like, clean but comfortable with basic rustic furnishing. We had no problem at...

I've stayed at this little hotel on numerous occasions, as I am in the travel business and I often recommended it because it's so easy to stay here before or after a cruise. My wife has a very positive review on this site for this hotel, posted several years ago. And, I like the Innkeeper. So I hate to be...

I spent here just two night with some friends for a school business. Our rooms were big and very clean . Good our breakfast and dinner. Perfect to spend relaxing days sorrounded by hills and nature, with their fresh breeze. I'd surely come back.
