Detailed Reviews
We had a fantastic stay and Emanuela and her husband were the best hosts!
The room was very cosy with attention to details; the bed was comfortable and the bathroom very spacious and clean.
Breakfast was top class with home made focaccia and cakes, fresh products from their allotment.
Thanks a lot I hope we will be back soon!

My wife and I stayed at this B&B for 5 nights and had a great time. Emanuela (the owner) really took care of us all the time and specially of all the details. Coffee machine and beverages were included at the lovely room.
Everything was well prepared at the time we arrived and she received us with joy!
The room is well equipped with all what is needed, the beds at done every night, something rare for an B&B. The room had a balcony where we hanged out after a beautiful day at the beach, which is located only 5 minutes away.
The breakfast deserves other capitel, it was fantastic!!! Well prepared, with homemade ingredients, both sweets and salty food was provided, freshly baked. Also typical ingredients from La Toscana were used in its preparation.
Something we enjoyed a lot is that bicycles are provided without extra costs, and we used them every single day to go to the beach during the day, for dinner at night or for some tours we made around Cinquale and Forti dei Marmi.
Excellent stay, we felt at home and we would like to recommend this B&B to everyone. What you see in the pictures is what you get and even more!
Lovely stay, thanks Emanuela for everything done for us!!

My friend and I booked tickets to see the wonderful Jack Savoretti in Forte Dei Marmi in July 2017, and then we were set to find ourselves a flight and somewhere to stay. Found this delightful very chic B & B online and I've raved about it ever since. Our hostess and owner of Due Passi dal Mare, Emanuela, is so helpful and her hubby too, nothing was too much for her and her little team. Breakfast was exquisite fresh fruit pastries savoury bites and bread that mine friend could have eaten all day long. Our rooms were comfortable with panoramic windows takning in the view off the lovely gardens, beds comfy and plenty of storage space and well appointed bathrooms. There is the wonderful extra of having beautiful garden and cycles to borrow so you can take yourself off along the wonderful promenade by the sea, gorgeous on a sunny warm day. I would not hesistate in recommending a stay here will be one to remember. I certainly enjoyed myself and would love to return again one day soon. This coastline has soft sandy beaches public beaches are clean and tidy, and it is so easy to get around buses and the train which connects to Pisa and from there Tuscany is on your door step. We took ourselves to the walled city of Lucca by train and had a lovely day and so very easy to get to and from Pisa Airport by train too. No need to hire a car another plus. Nice local restuarants bars and other eateries near by to enjoy a lovely evening meal....overall gorgeous.

+1
I had a wonderful time during my stay. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated while the common spaces are great to relax and read a book about to wonders of Versilia. The owners took care of me and my family and baked a delicious focaccia and pastries for breakfasts: everything is homemade, even the berries come from the garden.
Let the owners suggest you what to do and where to go. They have great connections with local businesses and they really want their guests to have a great time.
