We've been coming here for years and watched the hotel grow and constantly strive to improve - it's homely, welcoming, stylish, comfortable with staff who are attentive but not intrusive.
You'd think that they couldn't improve but every time we notice a little tweak here or a small change that just lifts the standard further.
With covid the hotel has kept all of it's charm whilst respecting the rules.
For the wheelchair user... hard - yes it works but the bathrooms are difficult as the doorways are narrow and my wheelchair doesn't fit. But I have now found one room with a wider door to the bathroom (this was a shock to me and the hotel owners as we thought that they're all the same size) so even happier...

Very nice hotel with very personal commitment of the owners. We recommend the renovated superior rooms to the pool side. The breakfast is very extensive and excellent with lots of fresh fruit.The pool is very clean and invites you to swim.

I traveled to this beautiful hotel with my wife daughter and granddaughter and can honestly say the hotel is perfect in every way. The staff are so friendly and helpful, big shout out to Sonia, Marco and Andres and also stephania for looking after the rooms. This is a truly lovely hotel with very nice food and the setting with the pool and terrace area is awesome and the beach is less than 100 yards away. I can honestly say that I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for your vacation and we had a perfect week

Arriving once again in Forte de Marmi, I decided to stay, out of old memory, in the same hotel as in 2022. Neither the hotel itself nor the service have gotten any worse. Great breakfast, easy parking and clean rooms. It is located very close to the main road along which I did my morning runs towards Viareggio.

Just a great little Hotel. 5 min walk to the see. Food is great (although portions could have been bigger). Breakfast is generous with the biggest fruit display I have ever seen! Rooms are spacious and clean. Maintenance is great. Staff is attentive and nice. Parking is free. And on top of all that they have the cutest mascot ever – a very friendly corgy dog! Will deffinitely come back if ever in the area.

Beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. Parking space is a bit small but manageable. Centrally located in Tuscany, so you can visit beautiful places by car. Cleaning really deserves a 10+ here, your room is made super clean and tidy every day. Highly recommended Hotel Eden.

Friendly helpful staff. Lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Bikes to hire. Only negative is use of studwork between rooms so noisy at night as you can hear everyone who isn’t being quiet. Recommend it never the less just take your ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. €6 a large draft beer.

My family and I came to enjoy a beach resort stay, at Hotel Eden in Cinquale. We all had an amazing time, from jumping into the refreshing pool, or munching into a brioche at the generous buffet (breakfast included). The service and staff were excellent, always recommending nearby restraunts and sites.I feel that the staff were very friendly and charming. Cinquale is a very beautiful seaside town nestled next to Forte de Marmi, away from the noise, but only a 5 minute bike to the shopping and excitement of Forte de Marmi. I loved my stay of poolside pedicures and swimming but most of all Hotel Eden. Graize mille, Hotel Eden!
