Hotel staff very friendly. Hotel room was big and clean. Hotel itself was clean and breakfast had an array of assortment with staff again being friendly and helpful. The beach is clean clear waters and the pool was clean too. Would definitely return to this hotel.

This was our fourth attempt to stay here, due to Covid and flight cancellations but the hotel kindly just kept moving our reservation. Marco, in particular, was so very helpful and we are very grateful to him. All the staff in the hotel were helpful, cheerful and friendly - we couldn't fault them. The hotel is a little dated to be sure, but don't let that put you off - it is spotlessly clean and our room was really good with a little balcony and an amazing sea view. It is located slightly out of Cefalu, but that means it is quiter and more relaxed being away from all the bustle and tourists of the centre, and it is only about a 20 min stroll along the lovely sea front, with beach bars etc en route to town. The pool was much bigger than expected and the little private beach was just lovely, including free sunbeds. The only meal we ate was breakfast but it was plentiful with lots of choice, we really enoyed it. We would definitely go back to Cefalu and this hotel.

Very nice staff, and very clean place. One of the few hotels in Cefalu with pool AND beach - great for both kids and parents. Great AC! A bit worn place, seems to be a few years since last renovation. Unfortunately a bit far away from the city center - combination of small kids and unreliable taxi service (not the hotel’s fault) made this a bit challenging.

Location is perfect quiet area with only about 15 min walk to the old town. Cefalu really surprised me, is is so beautiful! The hotelrooms have been renovated and they are very spacious. Great poolarea and the restaurant had good food as well. The hotel is right on the beach and has a private area with beds. It was perfect and the beach is beautiful with sand almost like Thailand. The only negative thing I have to say is that one night there was a private Party at the pool and the music was insane. Not possible to sleep.

Worst experience ever, horrible place nothing to do with the pics all was photoshop. This hotel is an old one horrible decoration, horrible rooms, no air conditioning no balcony I asked to change the room and all the way to the other room I almost vomited for the smell of rotten eggs. I had to leave because I can’t stay in a place like this. I read all the reviews before to come and the only thing that I can imagine is that they paid for it, is incredible. Dont believe the reviews this hotel is posting!!!

Very old hotel, but that’s clear from the pictures. The main issues we had were with the reception staff. Somehow upon walk-in, the lady at reception (Ségolène) wouldn’t believe the price we had been given on booking.com (84€ vs 105€ which she was offering) and insisted it could not be true. When we finally said we’d book it online, she - very reluctantly - gave us the 85€ accommodation. On multiple other occasions she was very unfriendly at reception, what a way to treat your guests...

Having read previous bad reviews I was worried about staying here. It may be that the hotel has undergone renovation but previous reviews didn’t match the hotel we stayed at, the rooms are spacious, clean, nicely decorated. Bathroom was modern and clean, there was a TV. Our balcony looked out towards the beautiful old town and cathedral. The sea is across the road with a section of beach maintained by the hotel and it’s sandy not pebbles as a previous reviewer said. Breakfast was good: eggs, bacon and sausage, cereals, cheese, meats and salad, yogurt and fresh fruit, bread and jams, pastries and wonderful coffee. There is a lovely patio area. The pool is lovely in a nice garden area with new loungers. The staff are friendly. The hotel is a 20 minute walk along the coast to the old town, passing bars and restaurants. The free WiFi is so good you can even pick it up at the beach

We were concerned to read the previous reviews before we came but were very relieved to find that we had a lovely clean sea view room with very friendly staff. Great location with beach opposite and 20 minutes walk along the promenade to Cefalu. The swimming pool is large with plenty of sun beds and great for swimming. The only improvement would be a more varied breakfast. We had one evening meal which was very good too.

We booked seven nights at this hotel as we wanted to explore Cefalu. The pictures on the website look really lovely but are totally misleading. From the moment we walked in, there was a man behind the desk who was completely disinterested, he was rude and had absolutely not one bit of a welcoming manner. The place looked like we had stepped into a hotel from the 1970s. At this point my heart had already sunk because it wasn’t a good start. We asked if we could have a sea view room but he abruptly told us they were fully booked and that he would give us a courtyard view instead. Walking up to our room it smelt stale the carpet looked like it had not been changed since 1970 and it was like deodoriser had been sprayed to cover up stale smells. When we walked into our room we were absolutely horrified. It was dark, dirty, and our view was not a courtyard at all it was facing an area where staff would sit and smoke along with hanging washing. The furniture was chipped and our room smelt like cheese. Obviously we didn’t unpack because my husband’s first thought was that we need to move immediately. We rang our booking agency and they organised with the manager to cancel our booking. We had to stay there one night as it was too late in the day to find somewhere else. The beds were like slabs I was so disgusted I actually put a towel down to sleep on. I could hear when people in the other rooms where going to the toilet coughing etc. I was awake all night. In the morning when we went down for breakfast there was one dried up egg left and a very very basic breakfast. The restaurant was old and dingy. The pool not that we used it is open from 9 till 1 and then reopens again in the afternoon I believe for 1 till 8. And just so you know that lovely picture of the beach well it’s nothing like that at all. The beach is across the road and it’s so rocky it’s terrible. I am so angry because even though we only paid for one night it was the whole inconvenience of having to find a hotel on our holiday which was supposed to be relaxing. Obviously everything on that street was fully booked so we ended up having to drive to Palermo. We were also charged a penalty fee for cancelling. I would not leave my dog in a place like this. It is absolutely disgusting and should be shut down. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!!

Our opinion about this hotel is only one -terrible.We had to stay six nights and explore Cefalu village, beaches and etc, but we wanted to run away from this hotel on the same minute when we arrived, but they didn't want to return money, only after few calls from booking.com they aggreed to return part of the amount and after first night we left it .  First bad impresion was when we entered to the reception, there were old and torned furnitures, unclean, mess and ect., same impresion when we entered to our first floor, the dirty carpet, old furniture in the corner and everywhere was kind of the mess. we thought maybe the  room will be ok but it wasn't. We took sea view room, but it was awful: dirty walls, old furnitures and toilet air refreshing smell in the room. The bathroom was dirty too, shower was full of sand, toilet and sinks were dirty, the towels were so old, that they were even grey instead of their original white colour. We kept open windows, but when people smoked outside  smell was comming to the room, so we had to close them. From our room we had a privilage to see reception roof, which was covered with Lots of birds feces. Dining area roof was very dirty as well.  The room had very uncomfortable bed with bedding with holes.  the pool area and pool are big but pool quite deep for the children. if you want you can take pool towels from reception, but they wanted to charged us 3 eur per towel (towels are so old that they almost have holes in the middle) in the morning we came to dinnig area which is the same old, dirty with broken kitchen's door, almost empty tables and food which was served  looked unfresh, so we had  only coffee and thats all. So that was the last drop and after breakfast we found other hotel. This hotel is really not 3* . To put everything in a short way, if you want to be robbed and ruin your vacations when its perfect choise!!! we never saw such terrible hotel for this price, it was 140 Eur per night.
