Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It's a cleaning hotel, with large room. It's not in centre but if you want give you a bike.it's quiet enough but is near the hospital and so there is the noise of ambulance. There is a good indian restourant

Excellent ambience, excellent service, quality food... We did missed indian food but this restaurant fulfilled our desire of having indian food in Brescia, Italy. It's reasonable as well from cost perspective. Feels like a home away from home..!!

On our trip to Northern Italy, we decided to stay at this hotel for a few nights mostly because my dad wanted a pool. It is well connected to the city centre via the subway system however there is a bit of a walk to it, especially when you're lugging around 20kg+ suitcases. The pool was clean and the area was very nice to sunbathe. Except for the small bit of water where you can clean your feet... filthy. The rooms were nice and spacious; cleaned daily and the AC worked very well. Beds were very comfortable and clean. The staff were really helpful and lovely. Spoke English really well and helped a lot in advice and making your way around the city. Breakfast was alright if you're staying for a few days, otherwise you'd be incredibly bored. The selection was the same every morning and not many options. If you're vegetarian, you would struggle to eat anything in the warm food. There's no dinner (or bar) at this hotel; theres a lone restaurant next to it which was alright. If you wanted drinks, I guess you'd just visit the vending machine on the ground floor. Overall, for the price we paid it was worth it.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but very well connected with the subway. The hotel is nice and service is good. The breakfast its OK. We didn't manage to use the swimming pool but it looks very nice.

Faaantastik value for a family of five travelling on a budget. The hotel may be past its glory days, but it is very clean, has spacious rooms, and a well stocked breakfast bar. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of our northern Italy experience. Nice hotel, beds were comfy and bathroom was nice and clean. No tea/coffee facilities in the room though, this was the case with all the hotels we stayed in. Lovely waitress in the breakfast room who was always ready to help you. Breakfast was good probably the best we had for the whole holiday. Rooftop pool was nice, even had it go ourselves for a short period of time. Nice Indian/Italian restaurant attached to the hotel too. All in all a nice little hotel in a great location. Lake Garda and Verona are approx 1 hours drive away

Visiting family member at University in Brescia. Couldn't fault the hotel. Was great for us in terms of location and very good value for money. Breakfast was very good and we were glad of the lovely roof top pool as very hot when we were there.

My partner and I stayed here for three night last week. The hotel is a not in the city centre, but it’s between two train stations so you’re never far from town. When we arrived the staff were very helpful and spoke English which was handy for us. Our room was located on the top floor and had a lovely terrace by the rooftop pool. First impressions were amazing! The view was great, the air conditioning and WiFi worked very well and the room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaints we had was there was a plaster on the outside of the bath tub and the inside of the tub didn’t seem very clean either. Also the water didn’t work properly in the bath/shower. Those were our only issues and not huge deals. The breakfast was fine. There was a selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and juices plus eggs and bacon. We didn’t need anything else and we were satisfied every day. For the price we paid we were extremely satisfied! The pool was great, the staff were great and we were happy with our room. We also partook in the hotel restaurant for dinner one night and we were very surprised and impressed with this as well. Overall this hotel is a great value and I would definitely recommend it 👍

I made booking same day, with same system (direct to hotel), for same room type and same stay dates as colleagues but paid 15 euros more per night, minus breakfast. Hotel took no responsibility and blamed the system!
