This hotel was modern, comfortable, and walking distance to the center of town. The walls are so insulated that we never heard anyone else although the hotel was full- to us this was a unique and important fact. Breakfast is great also except for the coffee that was terrible and to have terrible coffee in Italy is unacceptable. The staff is friendly and helpful and if we go back to Brescia we will stay here again

The old town house was remodelled into a modern hotel. Nice design, perfect facilities. Breakfast with many options. And a very friendly service in the breakfast restaurant. The hotel is situated on walking distance of the city centre. Parking facilities at the side of the hotel (free parking at night).

This hotel, a 10 minute walk from the railway station and 15 minutes from the centre is basic but at the same time clean and reasonably well-priced. Breakfast was also basic but it filled a hole. Staff were on the whole friendly and helpful.

Convenient location if you need to rely on public transport. Railway and bus stations in close proximity. Tasty breakfast. Freshly baked rolls, cakes and croisants appear on the table every morning. You can find scrambled eggs, cheese and ham, jam and marmelade, joghurt and muesli, some fruit, too. I missed some vegetables though. Rooms spotlessly clean and tidy but the design tops functionality as there is no warderobe with shelves to put your clothes on, but one can live with that for a couple of days.

B&B is a nice, calm and comfortable place to stay in. The location in the very center of Bresia is perfect for travelers and businesses, families and friends. The territory is cleaned, there's a private parking and tasty breakfast) I can recommend to all my friends.
