We are family of four who stayed at the hotel for one night before our flight home from Milan the following day. I chose this hotel as it had a pool for the kids and reviews were good however our experience did not live up to our expectations. When we checked in I asked about pool opening hours and was advised the pool was closed and would not be opened for another week or two. There was nothing on the website to say the pool would be closed. My son aged 6 was disappointed as he had been looking forward to playing in the pool. I had sent two requests to the hotel for a travel cot for my 10 month old prior to our stay only to be advised on check in that the hotel only have 4 cots in total and they did not have any available for us. My son ended up sleeping in the bed with us but I could not rest for fear he would roll out. The hotel restaurant was closed for the weekend. We were advised it is only opened Mon to Fri so we had to walk to a restaurant to get some lunch and dinner. Breakfast was included but what was on offer was minimal and they appeared to be short staffed. I am not one to post reviews but felt it might help other family's that may be thinking of staying at this hotel. The one saving grace was the staff. They were friendly and helpful did what they could to provide us with directions and advice during our stay.…
The quality of the food served at the restaurant was excellent as well as the service at the table. They always cared about the customers. There was a very good selection of different food for both fish and meat which was well explained by the waiters.
Modern and comfy hotel, easy to reach by car or by train (10 min walk from the railway station) Big room ,modern bathroom and amenities such a coffee machine, big flat tv ... If you prefer there's a metro station ( Bresciadue) 300m away to reach the city center ( Vittoria) in two stops
I stayed here while speaking at a nearby conference centre in November 2019. I was disappointed to find at reception that they would not recognize my gold Accor card as I was on a special rate paid my someone else. That despite their Bucharest hotel recognisinng me in the same circumstances. My room was comfortbale though only had a regular kettle with powder coffee. The breakfast was good and the staff attending very friendly and efficient. While convenient for the conference downtown Brescia is much less nice than the older parts of the city which are a few metro stops away.
Vera friendly staff. Nice clean room with all needed furnitures Nice outside pool area Very good advice for the restaurant in the area Special thanks to Claudio at the reception and Lara at the breakfast.
Not too far from the city center, modern look and cordial staff. Swimming pool is a plus for the summer. Major supermarket across the street is very useful. Free parking lots is often crowdy. Breakfast is plentiful.
The hotel location and the service have been beyond phenomenal! The staff was very friendly and the quality of the room.was exceptional. It's the third time I stay here and it just gets better. I'll definitely would recommend it to my friends.
Room is good, great staff: Food is limited at present but acceptable. Generally a great place to stay on business. Plenty of local fare in walking distance. Staff very strong on masks have to be worn, which is good. Very noticeable staff were sanitising between serving customers. Very happy to stay here and great to see the happy staff doing what they do well..Looking after their customers very well. Thank you for the great hospitality.
Hotel is clean and quiet perfect for business trip and close to many great restaurants within walking distance. Great bar with good selection of drinks available. The bar staff are not shy when it comes to measures.
Easy access from autostrada and free parking outside. Swim pool but persistent mosquitoes are a pain, Auchan store across road stocked with shelves of repellent suggests a constant issue. Breakfast of good quality, but took an evening meal in restaurant which was mediocre. Better eating options a short walk away.
