Very nice Italian style Hotel with excellent service and facilities for cycling. This is the 4th time we were here and we will be back. Restaurant for dinner and breakfast is excellent. Very friendly and hardworking staff.
Pretty good cousine and good service and also very clean and confortable. We also received good support from all the staff about recreation activities a recomendations. They offer also garage service we fount to be quite nice to preserve your car from the cold winter mountain nights.
Elegant quality hotel is in the historical center&pedestrian area. There is a privet transfer to/from slopes, but it's 10~15 min by walking at the same time. Good breakfast, nice cozy room. I had some misunderstanding regarding my booking via hotel's site, but administration has settled a question immediatelly. Staff, especially Cornelia, is impeccable. Hotel has a good restaurant. At the weekend it was full and is worth booking table in advance. The only real minus i found is you have to slam the door hard in order to get it closed. It could disturb the others.
I spent a very pleasant week. The staff was efficient, friendly and I immediately felt at ease. Food is also excellent. The double room was a little too small, but nice and functional. I hope to return!
My family and I chose the Rezia Hotel in Bormio for a worthy wellness retreat in order to re-charge our batteries during a short summer break. The hotel is beautifully embedded into a stunning mountain landscape and with its stylish décor offers the kind of warm and cosy environment we were looking for. The staff set a high bar with a very kind and honest welcome to the hotel and managed to exceed our expectations towards the hotel's services throughout our stay. Leaving Bormio in a dreamy and pleasurably spoiled state of mind, we highly recommend the renowned Rezia Hotel.
It was supposed to be a four star hotel but it was at best a two star hotel. The staff were unfriendly and not very helpful. The room was in desperate need of renovation; it felt constantly dirty and unclean as the floor was really sticky. The room was also incredibly noisy, facing the main street were the traffic is constant also the music from the hotel café, which our room and most rooms of the hotel were above. Started around 6am and went until around 10pm every day. The bike facilities were a joke: one small room in the basement car park that only had a flimsy lock on the door; five track pumps only one of which worked but maxed out at 90psi; no tools; no independent lighting system so when the sensor light in the garage went off, so did the light in the bike room which made it impossible to work on your bike. The first 2 days the garage door was open then the garage door was locked 24 hours a day so if we came back from a ride or in the car, we had to park outside then walk inside the hotel lobby to ask the reception to open the garage door. There are far better hotels to stay in Bormio than this one.…
We arrived to celebrate family's event and play some golf during the week-end. This hotel was recommended by our good friends. The hotel itself is not very big run by the family and is just wonderful in terms of service, comfort and interior with very friendly personnel. The rooms are remarcably comfortable, especially when you are staying with small children. The restaurant of the hotel was an unforgettable experience - local cuisine served with personal attention, dedication, and 5 star hotel service. The staff is well-trained and does their best to make your stay more pleasant.
The room that we were given was not even close to what we booked on booking.com. We booked a family room with a separate room/space for the children. We walked into a tiny room with four beds crammed into one small room. This was not the family room that we booked. When I brought it up to the the woman at the front desk she said the room that we had booked was already taken and that our room was in the same category. I would have never EVER booked this hotel if I knew we were going to be all crammed into a tiny room and not the room that we saw photos of and specifically booked on booking.com. The walls are also paper thin, and we couldn't sleep well due to the noise. Extremely disappointed.
Arrived on a weekend for a Biketrip, the location of the hotel is in the centre of Bormio, nice Hotel, friendly staff, tasty breakfast. Small parking space in front of the hotel but parking garage available. Recommendation!
I traveled on bike holiday with 2 groups on 2 separate occasions this summer and stayed with Rezia both times. We had very pleasant stays on each occasion. The hotel is first class. We were very happy with the rooms, meals, and especially the dedicated friendly service of the excellent staff. We really appreciated how the manager was able to accommodate our several quite large vehicles. I particularly want to recognize Miriam for her help during all of the planning inquiries, she was always patient, polite, and helpful, I truly appreciated her help. Additionally, I want to mention how fortunate we feel to have met and interacted with Sarah. She is truly an asset tour hotel. Sarah was always available to help us with questions and requests. Her personality is so pleasant, personable, intelligent, and charming and she is an excellent representative for Rezia. We feel very lucky to have stayed in Rezia Hotel and met your staff. The hotel is clean modern and charming. The bar and terrace is a wonderful place to relax with a drink or take dinner. The rooms are very nicely updated, clean and modern. There is ample parking. There is a secured room for storing bicycles. The hotel is centrally located and immediately adjacent to the old city center/car-free zone.…
