Spent a week here in the first half of June, when the city and beach were desert and many of the hotels hadn't opened yet. The staff truly cares about their visitors. Being pregnant and having my toddler along I was offered the front row at the beach although I hadn't asked for any special treatment. Moreover, we went on a day trip and I asked for help finding a taxi to the train station - half an hour away - so they personally drove us there to spare us the near-to-full-hour waiting we would've faced if we'd taken the bus. I'm really grateful for that. The room was huge, we had a double bed and a single one, plenty of space to hang our clothes in the closet. Shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom were added every day. Very convenient for the heated pool to be accessible until the evening. My daughter loved to be able to use the kids side of the pool where she gained confidence with water. Location is very good if you're travelling with children - the beach is two minutes walking distance - and the bus station is close as well, which is good to know if you're coming from the train station.…
We are staying in Concordia-now- from 3 July, but we will go home after 2 days. It is excellent hotel with excellent people. The kitchen is so good, the rooms so clean and on every day you have got fresh fruits on your room from hotel. The sea is 100m from Concordia and hotel has got swimming pool-it is very good...The people from Concordia are very friendly and they help you with everything. Thank you very much and I believe that we will come back. Steve and Michaela from Czech republic.
We stayed there for 7 nights( in July). The positive: close to the beach (2 minute on foot); close the restaurants and bars (3-5minutes on foot). We had full board and here the food was good but simple. Restaurant personal was very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was clean and not that cold( they say is heated), and the size was good enough for kids.We stayed maxim 2hours at the swimming pool per day, so I can't say too much about chair availability. Less positive: rooms were old (although the furniture was quite new). We had a room at the first foor which had some tiny ants, and although we asked to change the room, that was not possible as the hotel was fully booked. They sent somebody to spray the ants though...as a quick solution. Tip: get a higher floor room, as the ones on the first floor tend to be noisy from the street or from the huge A/C of the next door hotel. Raport price/quality not satisfactory.…
We went for a weekend trip. Great family owned hotel. The front desk (owner) was very friendly, personable and made us feel at home. Parking available on site which was convenient. The breakfast was fresh and good selection. Dinner had various options that you ordered and it came served to you fresh. Additionally they had a salad/vegetable bar to add. Food was very tasty. Seating was labeled with your name so you have reserved seating. Pool was a good size, not very big. Bartender in the lobby was very nice and served us well. They have bikes free of charge (some with child carrier) and we rode around with the kids on the beach. Very family friendly place. Rooms were a little old looking but clean. There were movies, books, coloring pages and board games in the room for the kids. Air-conditioning worked well, which was good because it was very hot outside. Convenient location near shops, restaurants and beach. It is a little old/run down (elevator/beds/furniture in room) But, for a 3 star hotel, the service, location and personal welcoming feeling made it enjoyable. …
We stayed here one night in September. Hotel is well located: close to the beach, 5 minute walk to supermarket and commercial streets. The owner speaks English. Our room was not big but clean and comfortable with a balcony. WiFi worked well and TV offered many channels in English and French. Breakfast buffet was good with fruits, cereals, yogurt, a good selection of breads, cheese cold cuts and jams. Coffee was excellent as everywhere else in Italy. I guess it may be noisy in high season with lots of people around but in September it was quiet.
