My family stayed in the apartments at Agriturismo il Magicorto while we were visiting relatives in nearby Bassano and Cartigliano. The apartments were spotless and had new amenities. There were picnic benches so we could sit outside and enjoy the beautiful, peaceful gardens. Breakfast was provided and cooked each day with fresh local ingredients and was the best breakfast we had in Italy. My grandson still talks about the scrambled eggs! There were cakes at breakfast too but that's what they do in Italy - so we ate them. And they were pastry chef standard! Lots of local shops nearby to buy food if we wanted to cook. A short drive to train station to catch the train to Venice. The hosts were the nicest people in the world and went out of their way to make our stay something wonderful we will remember forever. (And we needed that at the time for other reasons.)

We stayed at Il Magicorto a few years before and this time were booked in for several nights in rooms overlooking the front and roadside entrance. Access is via a controlled gate and the accommodation with our spacious room at the front is set far enough back so you do not notice the traffic. English speaking hostess, Camilla, plus other staff so helpful if your Italian is lacking. A lavish breakfast of locally made pastries with meats, cheese and eggs on offer. There was a problem with the wifi, which may be the case previously reviewed, but this was rectified whilst we were there and appeared fine throughout the remainder of our stay. Once again, as previous, we enjoyed our time and friendliness of this peaceful B&B.

We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Bassano del Grappa and were having some difficulty. We came upon Il Magicorto just a few miles outside of Bassano and we were most pleased. Il Magicorto sits by itself down a long driveway in Cassola. Our first impressions were a bit dubious. We seemed away from everything...until we checked in and got comfortable. They seem to have 2 types of accommodations. Rooms and suites. The suites have full kitchenettes with dining/ sitting room + separate bedroom and bath - which is what we had. However we also stayed one night in a regular room. If you have a choice - choose the suite. In either case the places are clean and the bathrooms are large, nicely tiled, nice towels, well appointed and large towel warmers that actually work! Our hostess Camilla was very gracious and accommodating. We needed some extra items for our room and she provided them pronto! Breakfasts were wonderful. You sit in a nicely enclosed patio with fresh baked goods and fresh fruit, cereal and yogurts all nicely laid out. Then you are offered eggs, meats and cheeses. One of the better breakfasts we have had at moderately priced hotels. Also - the location is nice and quiet. One little quirk is that there is not a public space to use. The lobby space/sitting area is really only available during the day. And the breakfast room only for breakfast. So at night - you only have your room. We found WiFi to be spotty - but frankly found that to be the case in most places we stayed. Overall we had a very nice stay

It is a little tricky to find it but the effort is worth it. I've stayed in an apartment which was very spacious and on the ground floor with direct exit to the garden. In the morning I was woken by sound of rooster what I hadn't experienced for a lot of time. Personnel is very friendly, breakfast is fresh and delicious - they are preparing ham and eggs in the moment that you order it. Only negative point is, that the WiFi is very poor and if you need to do something on the laptop and need the Internet connection, you chances are very poor.

Spent one night traveling through Bassano, a nice and quiet B&B. Rooms and bathroom were spacy, and dinning room very characteristic. A little bit more expensive than the most of the B&Bs, but the people was very kind. the restaurant was closed, didn't have chance to try their cuisine. In general this B&B is ok.
