Driving steeply uphill, through the iron gates and along the driveway to the beautiful rustic villa Casa Pippo. We had arrived at our Tuscan oasis, where marvelous hosts Francesco and Elisabetta welcomed us like family, taking every care and kindness during our stay. This spacious villa has all the modern conveniences, was clean and comfortable and yet kept the charm...

Four couples met up at Casa Pippo and spent a marvelous 2 weeks enjoying the Tuscan and Umbria area. this is a terrific place to stay, cook together and enjoy the each other. The space afforded us privacy as well areas in the house large enough to get together -dining table, living room and pool. Elisabetta is a superior cook...

I celebrated my birthday with my wife on a three week excursion through parts of Italy. We spent one week at Casa Pippo where my son and others joined us for my birthday on Thanksgiving. We had nine people at one time and it was absolutely fantastic. There were seven of us on the first night and Elisabetta, Francesco and...

My wife and I where extremely fortunate to spend a week (early October) at the Casa Pippo along with our closest friends (a total of ten at one point). In simple terms a truly remarkable and memorable experience. When we arrived at this 500 year old farmhouse (not knowing what to expect) we were warmly greeted by the owner's Elisabetta,...

This very comfortable 4BR house is far enough away from town that one is not at all tempted to pop down from the heights above Arezzo but near enough to the highways and railway to make day trips easy. The hosts are terrific and the Big Dinner a great memory ( bring your camera as well as an appetite). Fine...

Quietly perched above the town of Arezzo in the Tuscan mountains and nestled perfectly in a natures reserve, a 500 year old Casa Pippo stoically awaits your arrival. From the moment you pass through the rod-iron gates you will feel welcomed, wowed, and wonderful. Casa Pippo is very well maintained inside and out and is equipped with all the comforts...

We were lucky enough to stay at Casa Pippo with our family and good friends (8 in total) - what an amazing experience! The villa is absolutely beautiful! Situated high on a hillside with acres and acres of land around, the view of nearby Arezzo and the rolling hills of Tuscany are undescribable whether lounging by the stunning pool or...

I was fortunate enough to spend 5 unforgetable weeks here, with various family coming and going, and what a phenomenal experience! The house itself is a perfect blend of rustic antiques combined with the amenities we Americans feel we cannot live without...dishwasher, full size refrigerator, microwave, washer/dryer, etc, and plenty of bathrooms. It is spacious and comfortable and I could...

Perched high on a hill above Arezzo, this farmhouse and its owners provide a most charming vacation experience! Casa Pippo has it all - beauty, views, grand and well tended gardens and grounds; hiking, swimming, workout equip, and a rustic farmhouse with modern touches (washer/dryer, tv's, plumbing). And then there's the hospitality of the owners, who go out of their...

My week at Francesco and Elisabetta's villa was the most enjoyable portion of a month long trip spanning three countries. Francesco met the five of us at the train station and guided us up the narrow roads to the villa. He was friendly and had helpful suggestions for us, this being our first time traveling in the region. He also...
