It is september, only a thin sheet on bed. I felt a little cold, and then Found blanket in the closet. But the blanket is very dirty. It is said it is a 4 star hotel. Actually not. And the furniture is also old.
Very good hotel. I got a very good room, very big. Had problems opening the windows, immediately someone came up to help. It was very hot and I asked about the air conditioner. I could have it but I decided with the windows open it was good. The hotel has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Both had very hot water and you have to wear a bathing cap in both pools. They are for sale everywhere in the area, not cheap. Breakfast and dinner was included, both excellent. Excellent and friendly service. Breakfast opens at 7 am. That was a little rushed when you have an early tour. Reception could be a little better organized but they are friendly. I settled the bill the last night, yet they called me from the bus to pay my bill. No problem it showed up in the computer that it was paid. I would certainly stay there again if in the area.…
Very disappointed by this hotel (not my own choice, for business reasons). A lot of noise, tiny showers, everything looking old, horrible meals (I think nothing is prepared on site, they only open tins), wifi not working. I'm still looking for a positive comment...
I was supposed to stay here for two nights but the rooms were so bad that we moved out and booked another hotel for the second night. The lock of the room was jammed. I couldn't get out of the room and I had to call my other relatives to ask someone from the reception to do something about it. The receptionist refused to change the room and said she can't do anything about it. The rooms were smelling, not well furnished and in a horrible state. The ac temperature could't be controlled as the regulator didn't work and couldn't sleep the entire night because it was freezing. Even the Railways provide better blankets than this hotel. One of the beds in the room, sunk down as soon as we sat on it! No option for Vegetarian in breakfast other than cereals and milk. The wifi password they gave was wrong and it didn't even work beyond the reception area.…
been in same hotel last year. And when I was sure that nothing can got worse since last time I was wrong. First parking. Whole garage got around 45-50 parking spot. Rooms in hotel more then 100. On the day of event was there more then 800 people. Impossible to park. Next issue - room. Not sure where to start. Control panel for AC was broken but still working and we couldn't turn off. Air was around 25C. Insane hot. Solution was to unplugged fuse of AC. Next problem - shower cabin. Doors was stuck and didn't seal. But still...they manage to put charging socket near towel bowl and under sink....seriously??? And last "problem" TV - I can say that 17" laptop got bigger display. Quick tip: Spent some more money and search hotel near by
