Hôtel Dali Val d'Europe is often celebrated for its immaculate and modern facilities, with the cleanliness of both rooms and amenities standing out to guests. The hotel's location garners positive remarks for its convenience to Disneyland and nearby attractions. While the rooms are noted to be on the smaller side, many find them to be comfortable and well-appointed. The pool and dining options are generally well-received, although some visitors have pointed out limitations. The staff's friendliness is acknowledged, despite occasional service hiccups. Travelers have mixed views on value, balancing room rates with overall expenses.

A new hotel with everything super efficient and well managed.
Bedroom was lovely and our two beds worked well for a good night's sleep. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned every day and the bathroom had a proper hairdryer and not one of the tube type.
Nice toiletries and plentiful supply of good quality towels. Marvelous a/c
Room service from the high end restaurant if you don't want to go out in the evening after perhaps a tiring day at Disneyland. Restaurant is pricey but the food of course is lovely.
The swimming pool was such a bonus and was enjoyed by all the families staying at the hotel. A lovely clean pool that has its own bar/ice cream shop at the edge of the pool. Reception will give guests the towels to take out to the pool.
Really quiet hotel and we had such good sleeps at night. Hard to get up sometimes for breakfast but the breakfast is certainly worth getting up for. Fantastic selection and plenty of it. Lovely staff who were so very kind to my granddaughter even going to the trouble of setting a place for her toy Stitch. Such a lovely gesture.
The reception staff are stars. Nothing was too much trouble. So friendly and so kind they are excellent ambassadors for the hotel.
Within a few minutes walking distance there is a huge shopping estate that has everything you might need from restaurants to pharmacy to sports outfitters.
Disneyland is a taxi away (about twenty euro) or you can take the bus and then the train for one stop to Disneyland.
We had a great time that was hugely enhanced by our experience at this hotel.

Hotel is located near Disneyland and Val D'Europe Shopping Mall.
Everything is new and clean - Public areas are very clean.
Rooms are very clean and they have actual Rituals dispenser in the shower with shampoo and wash gel, Rituals dispenser with hand soap and body lotion as well. It is a great change from those standard low quality single serving soaps and shampoos that are found in other hotels.
Bed mattresses are very comfortable.
There is a great a'la carte steak restaurant at the hotel.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. One night I called the front office and complained about the noise and loud music coming from another room and the night shift employee showed up at our room door within one minute to see where the problem is - prompt service and response time.

Excelent breakfast food (which was included in the room cost), rooms are a bit small, but cozy (they seem to be designed for 2 people, but there were 4 of us, the addition of another full sized bed didn't leave much free space inside the room). Very prompt staff responses when we had requests from them.
Their restaurant is much more high-class (and therefore expensive) than their room prices suggest, and needs a reservation to even be able to dine there (a lot of people come here from all over the surrounding area for the excellent food they offer), so don't think of this as 'the hotel's restaurant', but more like 'a very classy restaurant next to the hotel'.
Hotel was recently opened, so I expect their room prices to rise, but if they don't, I'd definitely come to stay here again if I want to visit Disneyland, they are quite close to the park and offer excellent value for money.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a base for a Disney trip. It is a really easy 15 minute drive to the parks, with a huge supermarket and shopping centre half way.
Our room had plenty of space although I would have liked a few more shelves or drawers for clothing. It was clean and in good condition with lovely bedding.
The hairdryer in the bathroom was very efficient (I have really thick long hair and it was dry quickly).
The air conditioning is brilliant and really quiet which was perfect when the temperature outside hit 35 degrees.
We did have a slight issue on our last day when we came back to our room and there were no towels. They did bring some very quickly as soon as we alerted reception. Also the milk and stirrers weren't replenished on the drinks tray.
On the subject of the drinks tray, it was a little sparse with no breakfast tea only lemon tea. There are stirrers instead of teaspoons and tiny paper Espresso cups. Fortunately I always bring a large mug and my own teabags but trying to get my tea bag out was quite tricky with a stick, also the milk pots are half the normal size and you only get 2.
Breakfast was a good spread of cooked breakfast, eggs, cereals, fruit, pancakes, breads, cheeses, hams and pastries. Everything was delicious and we were very happy with it.
I would definitely stay here again but note a few extra things I need to bring with me like teaspoons.

Four star hotel. Modern and well decorated hotel only a few miles from Disneyland Paris.

Pros
Well decorated
Comfortable beds
Clean
Breakfast of decent quality

Cons
Needs a proper hair dryer and vanity area in the room rather than the poor hair dryer in the bathroom

Needs a decent steam iron rather than the poor quality iron we needed to borrow

Room service menu poor with no kids options

Nothing for kids to do in the winter as pool closed

Very noisy at the weekend due to partying and plumbing not working properly

Such a nice comfy hotel, very modern and spotlessly clean. All staff were really friendly, welcoming and helpful. Coffee machine and kettle w tea/coffee/water available in room. Also hairdryer.

The buffet breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice of cereals, yogurts, cold meats and cheeses, breads, pancakes, croissants etc and plenty of usual hot choices too - sausages, bacon, beans, eggs, potatoes.

A short 7 min drive to Disneyland by taxi. We used the Bolt taxi app so you knew the cost beforehand (1st 5 uses half price ie to Disney from hotel @ €12.40) and only had to wait 3-5 mins max. at any given time, even at closing time in Disney!

Val de Europe train station nearby (which takes you directly into paris town centre in approx 35 mins) and a massive shopping centre close by in the town (not forgetting a quaint designer outlet to the right of shopping centre-we nearly missed it) all approx 5 mins away by taxi.

Also able to store our luggage in hotel on last day at no cost. Didn’t have dinner in hotel so couldn’t comment. Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel.

Good location close to Disneyland, nearby also within walking distance restaurants, pool pleasantly empty during the day (towels are available at the reception, you don't have to carry along), breakfast good (pancakes, div. bread / croissant selection, cheese, ham, salami, cucumber, tomato, fruit, various jams, bacon, egg, etc.) - in the morning it is empty, from 9 a.m. at breakfast quite full. Rooms very clean, Rituals products in the bathrooms, sufficient towels, tastefully furnished and not noisy. Staff everywhere consistently very friendly. Parking has e-charging stations (chargeable), fitness room is small, but everything you need is available. We thought it was great and will book it again.

Stayed for 2 nights
Engineers were working on the heating system on our corridor for the entire stay.
Day one, night one and day 2 we had no heating and room dropped to 16 degrees on the night.
Complained to receptionist and asked to be moved but was promised it would be working again, which it was by night 2.
Complained on check out but was told nothing she could do and to send an email.
Just received a reply 3 weeks later and having chased twice and have offered free upgrade next time we stay.
There won’t be a next time!
At nearly €300 euros a night there are plenty better to choose from that come with heating and customer service as standard.

We arrived at the hotel and my first thought was ‘have I made an error as it looked unreal and the price was reasonable? This hotel is stunning, it’s in a good location and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The friendliness from the staff made it very easy for us to ask questions and they helped us with taxis. The staff also helped us when water was spilt on the bedding, they immediately resolved the issue. There’s a huge shopping centre 30 minute walk away and lots of food places nearby. The room was large and equipped with a large TV - which had the option of chrome cast.

Received a warm welcome when we arrived at the hotel & we stayed for 5 nights.
We loved the big beds that they cleaned every day.
After a long day coming in the hotel hal it smelled so good and the room was again like new.
With the warm weather it was great to take a swim in the pool, they had special towels for the pool that you had to ask by the reception. We enjoyed the cool drinks at the pool bar. Also the late check out we appreciated. The location was also very good nearby Disney and the big shopping mall and other shops and a big variety of places to eat.
Very friendly staff!

My little daughter of 7 years think it's worth a 5 stars and not a 4 hihi...

We enjoyed our stay very much
Greetings from the Netherlands.

I was there in September and had no problems the rooms were exceptionally clean not a bug in sight. But the bugs can be carried anywhere at any time. Just throughly check the beds before putting anything down
