Stayed at this hotel when I attended a conference at Sultan Qaboos University. Extremely convenient to get to the university from the hotel. As a matter of fact, my colleague and I walked to the conference venue every morning from the hotel. The hotel is more like a serviced apartment with a bedroom, a kitchen, and a short doorway. The bedroom was spacious and well-maintained. The kitchen was less well-maintained, but equipped with a refrigerator, a hot-plate stove, crockery and cutleries. There was no pots or pans though but found out upon checkout that I could have requested for it. There are eateries and a hypermarket (which is more like a small supermarket) right outside the hotel. However, it is very far from tourist attractions. If you are travelling as a tourist, this is probably not suitable for you but if you are attending an event at the university, this is a great place to stay.…

From the beginning i was impressed by the chill atmosphere. The room was clean with good air conditioning. No disturbing noises. On the other hand, is a little far from downtown. Also they dont have a restaurant but there is one in vecinity.

This is newly developed and clean hotel.the biggest disadvantage is the location. unless you are working at the nearby office like the University,Knowledge park or other offices. makes no sense to stay here.It's far off from main attractions of Muscat. they don't serve any kind of food and have only studio apartments. The Staff is very nice & friendly.

This hotel I've stayed maybe one of them that I can't really say many good words, I've to say that hotel staff are good kind people. It's clean over there and air conditioning is good. What I didn't like about this place was the Internet connection. Almost couldn't use.
