Business travelers enjoy the hotel's relaxed vibe and services such as complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, 24-hour room service and a Concierge who can pre-arrange taxi fares.
Not bad, but it's a taxi ride into the centre. Views nice but very much a business hotel rather than leisure. Food ok but if you have dietary requirements, it's a case of chose from the menu rather than something creative being prepared
Great ceviches and anticuchos. It was great to find Latin food on this side of the world. I hope they will add some Peruvian food in the future. I will definitely will be coming back. Highly recommended.

Such an amazingly beautiful property. The real USP of the hotel is the amazing staff. Special thanks to Ranjith at the reception and Bhavesh in the main restaurant for taking such good care of us. Impeccable room service, everyone is happy and smiling. The pool, gym and restaurants are world class. Beautiful beach connected to the property...will go again in December, when the weather is better.
Amazing service and very nice dedicated staff The food is great and very delicious Take the room with balcony and sea view it makes lots of difference Iranian restaurant is stunning especially the Kabab Breakfast is great Rooms are super clean and very tidy
Other than the great food and beautiful scenery this hotel has, the customer service is on a different level. I’m on a business travel; I had a painful shoulder stiffness that was preventing me to work. There was no availability to book a massage session. Caroline, gave me her muscle pain relieving spray. This changed the whole trip. Thank you so much
Pros: - very good breakfast - 2 nice restaurants on premises ( booking required) - always available sun beds - good service - location of the hotel - clean rooms - views Cons: - the beach (water is to shallow) Overall a pleasant place to stay while in Muscat
We went to here with a group of friends for brunch. They advertise it as 1pm to 5pm. Which is true for the food, however they stop serving alcohol at 4.30, we were not given any warning that it was last orders. We did book the package that includes alcohol. The food is amazing, such a great selection. The setting is fantastic as well. However the drinks service was glacial, whilst you help yourself to food, the drinks have to be ordered from the waiting staff. They are very good at managing to avoid you and not make eye contact. The choice of lagers, is very, very limited. We ordered drinks at about 4.20 before the cut off time and when we chased them to find out where they were we were told the bar was closed, well that part of the package. We were told we could buy drinks at the beach bar. It took a lot to get them to give us the drinks we had ordered before the cut off time.…
My wife and I enjoyed the Friday brunch at the Crowne Plaza in Muscat yesterday. We were with a large group of friends and weren't planning to say anything about our plant based diet as we knew there's be various salad options. However, when one of the waiters asked if I was looking for something specific, I mentioned that we were looking for vegan food. He immediately spoke to the head chef and moments later we had freshly made daal, stir-fry, Thai curry etc.. delivered to our table. It was first class. They even reduced the bill as we hadn't touched the meat/fish/cheese etc.. options. Really impressed :)
Really enjoyed the stay here. Hotel generously upgraded us to a room with a balcony (and chairs to sit out on it). The bathroom had a glass wall to let in natural light. It took us awhile to find the switches & figure it out, but you can close blinds on the glass for privacy. The pool and beach are beautiful and super relaxing. Play a game of tennis, rinse off, then pop in the pool! Make a reservation at Duke’s Bar for dinner/drinks at sunset—the view is spectacular. The breakfast had a lot of offerings: fruit, average pastries, typical British breakfast, some Arabic offerings. It was a little too hot for me to eat outside happily. They had the doors open to the outside, so the a/c was on indoors, but was also warmer than expected during breakfast. FYI, the Club Lounge is still closed. Our trip wasn’t timed to take advantage of it, but the hotel offers food-themed buffets Sun-Wed that are quite a good value. Lots of restaurants close (by car) if you prefer to venture out. Lobby has a bar/coffee bar and tables good for casual work meetings.…
