The hotel is only 10 minutes driving distance from Muscat International Airport, 10 minutes from Oman's largest shopping mall and 5 minutes from the WAVE tourism project and a 18 hole internationally designed golf course by Greg Norman in the near future. All 50 residences consist of spacious bedrooms and some rooms with separate living areas, excellent quality furniture, a kitchenette, bathrooms with deluxe amenities and free internet access. This was the first hotel that we checked-in when we were on a road-trip from UAE to Oman. The hotel is located near the beach road which is also a bit far from the city center. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Their breakfast is delicious. The room and bathroom are of average size. They lack some of the bathroom kits (only available were shampoo and soap). The pool water was cold and the area itself is a bit dirty/dusty. It was an average stay, good for people who wants to have a quick stop to stay for a night or two to chill and relax.

Average hotel, need more attention to room cleanliness and need to add more options breakfast. Sea in 8 minutes walk from hotel, but there is no facilities on it. near by Pizza Hut, Turkish restaurant and super market.

My vacation was great at this property. It really gave me that feeling which I was looking for after some quit busy days. The sea view room was fantastic I was able to enjoy both sunset and sun rising from the room in addition to enjoy the wafes sound and that breeze which comes from the sea. I recommend this property

I stayed in the hotel several times already. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing, the coffee improved. The rooms are OK. The only disadvantage here is that the view from the windows is very limited for some rooms - due to the fact that the neighbouring buildings are close.
