*Very slow response to guest requests, u have to ask for the same thing more than once . * seeking guest satisfaction with a percentage not more than 50%. * First time I hear a receptionist in a 5 star hotel saying sorry we were busy and we couldn’t call u!!! We decided to stay in JW Marriott for a night . Everything went perfect the day that we check in everyone is friendly Riyadh the one who did our check in he is very helpful and friendly and we would like to thank Nadir for making our stay unforgettable he arrange everything our room with a nice view and we feel like were the vip in the hotel for looking after us.. and we would like to thank as well Marwan in f and b for taking care of our orders and everything we need in room dining . He is friendly and kind . Thanks to this people who made our stay amazing we will surely come back again next time for sure..

I booked a room (R.NO- 364) as quarantine guest For 16 days on dated 05/03/2021. During my stay for times lunch and dinner not delivered. I had informed everyone but in vain.the third time BHARAT came to me regarding this issue and not only he raised the issue to authoritiesbut personallyhe fulfilled and rendered his quality services to my satisfaction.
