The hotel was great! It is newly opened so expect that the facilities and amenities are fresh. The hotel is located in the middle of Muscat near 2 major malls and alot of restaurants. We stayed in the 9th floor and as expected it was quiet, the gym was a few steps from our room and the swimming pool was just a floor above us. Perfect for staycation. The hotel staff were helpful and kind. Shout out to the pool guy Imran, he attended to our needs atbthe rooftop, even used his key card at the elevator even if we had one I would definitely recommend this hotel without a doubt. PS Just the slightest issue, dont use the phone to call outside or even have a call be connected. There would be charges, that was the issue, since when i had a call connected to a fastfood nearby, they forgot to inform me that there is a charge. Anyway, it was sorted out.…
R O Y A L T U L I P MUSCAT A very tastefully designed luxurious hotel, with top class amenities and excellent service by the very friendly team. The All You Can Eat Pizza deal is not to be missed. The awesome team of Waves Restaurant will make your visit worthwhile. A perfect place to spend the weekends with friends and family. The INFINITY POOL is located on the rooftop. There is a fitness area with a sauna and a jacuzzi too. Rooms & Suites are very modern, stylish and comfortable. The Executive Suite is highly recommended.
Had an amazing stay at royal tulip. Everything was very nice from beginning to checkout. Hotel staff are soo friendly and professional especially front office Ms Manisha was very helpful throughout my stay. Swimming gym spa everything nice. Only once problems they should have excess for internet in tv rest all ok Thank you
This is a modern hotel in central Muscat, and located near my favourite shopping place, Avenues Mall. Friendly and efficient check in, with high standard of rooms. The restaurant is located on the ground floor and serves good food. What I especially liked was the rooftop pool, which has some of the best all round views of the city. Recommended.
Even though the hotel has got a few things going for it like location, overall I wouldn't recommend this place for a family. What's positive is the fact that it's new, otherwise I found the pool on the roof unclean, the breakfast was stale not on 1 day but on both days. Lunch seemed OK at best and probably, in my opinion, there is only 1 way for this hotel to go, and that's "Lots of improvements required". Maybe it was Corona or less staff, but I have stayed in other hotels in Muscat but did not experience this. To sum up it offers mediocre service overall at best at the Royal Tulip.
