The hotel is located just beside the shopping center and a petrol station is just nearby. It has ample parking space in the basement and in front of the hotel. The room has complete amenities. The room is not that spacious (we booked the Deluxe Double room) but they have a big comfy bed. Pool is nice and clean as well as their other facilities such as gym, spa, sauna, etc. Staff are friendly. The bathroom is a bit small and the floor gets wet when you shower as there is no shower curtain or a door. We had to put a towel on the floor so that we wont slip after showering. We sometimes smell petrol in the room maybe because the hotel is near the petrol station. Hotel food is a bit expensive.
Stayed for one night before flying to Nepal next day late afternoon. My room was quiet, bed was comfortable. Breakfast offered widespread variety of food (Indian style, very good), fruits, bread, cakes, different juices. I appreciated it and spent at least one hour. Staff friendly. I didn´t have a car, so needed a taxi to visit the Sultan Quabus mosque early in the morning and afterwards to go the shoreline, no time for anything else. Location of the hotel was not that attractive for me, not much to do, shopping centre next to hotel is uninspiring.
This was my first trip to Muscat, Oman and I stayed for two nights. This is a really nice reasonably priced newish hotel. I booked this hotel based on the reviews I read on Tripadviser and I was not disappointed. I booked an executive room on the 5 floor. My room was large, bed was king size with slippers and bath robe and a nice set of tolietries. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to "Said" the concierge who gave me some good sightseeing advice. As a single female in Muscat I felt well cared for and nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel is located right next door to a mall which has a few eating places, and it is a very short taxi ride to the bigger "Grand mall". This was my first visit to Muscat which is a lovely city with warm friendly people. The hotel is excellent value for money and I will be staying here when visiting Muscat in future and recommending it to my friends and colleagues.…
I and my colleagues stayed in this hotel for three days for a workshop. Stiff pillows Slippery bedsheets Uncomfortable bed No power outlets anywhere near the beds There is a balcony which we couldn't access doors and rings were some touch interfaces which didn't work most of the time. The room cards kept not working all the time The key sensor takes multiple trys to detect the key Very complicated light and AC switches. The pool area is very tight The chairs and seating in pool area were broken. Don't expect any privacy or security; the hotel keeps track of you we order food from outside and got caught to the meeting admins through the reception.
Staff is very nice and ready to help. We even got very early check in for free. Rooms spacious and bed divine! Bathroom amazing! Cleanliness on very high level. Toiletries various. Iron and ironing board available too among all the rest. Nicely decorated hotel and updated. Breakfast excellent! There is something for everyone and all is fresh and tasty. We enjoyed it a lot! Perfect value for the money!👍❤
