It is very nice little villa located about 10 min from Muscat Airport in a quiet neighborhood. The atmosphere here is quite cosy and the visitors have many opportunities to socialize, share experience, and get to know one another better. The room was really spacious and well done. It had air-conditioning and nice, cosy furniture. Wifi in the whole area worked well. The beds were big and very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, not a huge selection, but you get your basics, coffee, juice, toast, pancakes etc. It was served in the communal dining room where you can chat to other guests. Villa is very close to the ocean and to the Grand Mosque. The owner – Maura – is very kind and helpful person, and she can give you many suggestions on where to go and eat and what places to visit. Very nice house at 15 min from Muscat Airport. Wifi connection, large rooms and very lovely house keepers. Special thanks for the italian breakfast, made with attention and quality ingredients. I largely recommand !

Everything was perfect - from the first step till saying goodbye. The owner Maura gave us the feeling of home from the very beginning. The room was spacious and had nice and cosy furniture. The beds were quite big and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. They have a little dining room with a big table - if you want, you can talk to other guests during the breakfast. The house was always very clean - thanks to Katharina for always being there, always making extra coffee for us. It was a pleasure meeting you Maura, Stephanie and Katharina - you made our week in Muscat perfect!!!

The villa, a bit hard to find at first (it didn't help that we were delayed and searching at 12:30am), is beautifully decorated and in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was certainly a homey place to stay. We had the black and white room, which nicely accommodated two people in twin beds at a really great price. Breakfast was included and was good. The owner is very nice and helpful, but was a little hard to reach during our stay. It is definitely helpful to rent a car. The location is rather central, but anywhere in Muscat is difficult to reach without a car (not sure how expensive taxis would be there, but we really appreciated being able to drive around).

We were pleasantly surprised with this little hotel. It's basically a villa with a very homely feel to it. Owner is very friendly and runs a tour company with her husband so pretty good if you want to book something last minute. We got the balcony room, really spacious and well done. The whole villa is unique, very clean and relaxed feel to it. Breakfast is ok, going to be honest, not a huge selection like the buffet breakfast you might expect at a proper hotel but you get your basics, coffee, juice, toast, pancakes etc.. location is good, you can join the main road which will take you straight to corniche withing 15 minutes. you're very close to the grand mosque which is a must to check out. Old classic feel to it with amazing surroundings. We also drove up to a place called Qantab, about another 10-15 minutes past corniche and did a little boat ride..amazing scenery. Guy will approach you when you arrive and charge around 5-10 riyal for a 15-20 minute boat ride.. if you go in the mornings i was told that you can go to turtle island and see the turtles as well as dolphins on the way..maybe next time. bait al zubair museum is a good visit to see omani heritage and culture (also check out khor mosque and jalali fort about 4minutes away fromt he museum)..the opera house is very grand. opening hours despite what it says on the website are 10.00am to 2.30pm. you can get a tour of the place for 2 riyal each. nice place to visit. Plenty of places to eat around the city. The matrah souq is good place to visit for little trinkets, souveniers etc. overall a really nice city with friendly people. Will be going back InShaAllah maybe in the cooler months to check out the wadi's..maybe wadi al abeein but there are so many...Oman muscat, awesome place!…
