The place is beautiful and quiet, we were given a warm welcome and most of all, the food is amazing! The chef (le Cordon Bleu) gets his inspiration from around the world and cooks every day fresh, delicious meals. Special mention to the crème brûlée with lavender (we simply could not get enough!)

I spent a long weekend here with family and none of us wanted it to end. The place is easily reached by car and in a quiet village in beautiful French countryside. The rooms have everything you need and very comfortable. The grounds are well kept and have lots of outdoor seating to relax in the warm sunshine with a...

We re-visited Anna & Francesco this August having been for the fist time last October, this is an absolute gem, it seems rather an insult to refer to Claud-Bellevue as a B&B, its more like home from home with better weather and the best food and superb hosts. The rooms are excellently appointed with the finest linens and excellent facilities,...

We originally booked our stay at Chateau Claud-Bellevue as just a place to spend a couple of nights to shake off the jet lag prior to beginning our holiday. As it turned out, it is one of the places we stayed that my wife and I keep discussing as one of the highlights of our trip. It is located in...

This is a once in a life time experience! Amazing hospitality from both the hostess Anna and her son Francesco. The rooms are as comfortable as any you could possibly stay in. The food both in the mornings and evenings are exceptionally high standard (the evenings are extra but amazing value for money and cooked by Francesco who has worked...

I've just returned from a weekend there with family and was very impressed with the welcome we received from Ana and her son Francisco. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable and the food excellent. The evening meals were prepared by Francisco who discussed our requirements beforehand and went on to create the most...

My wife and I stayed at Claud Bellevue for five nights in September and enjoyed every minute. The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Francisco's cooking was excellent and, as a result, we ate dinner there every night. The restoration of the old priory building has been accomplished to a very high standard and the grounds are a perfect place...

My self and my boyfriend had a lovely, relaxing stay in this quaint B&B. We stayed 4 nights in total. The accommodation was easy to find, we had rented a car in Bordeaux and it took less than an hour to get there. There are 3 bedrooms and we had the place to ourselves for the stay apart from the...

It was August and a very hot day, Phil and I were greeted by a very elegant lady who was going to be our host for three days. She showed us our accommodation in a wing of the chateau designed as a comfortable country retreat; it consisted in four bedrooms, large living room with an attic office and a long...

We had a great break at Chateau Claud-Bellevue. The hosts were charming and the chef cooked us two excellent meals. Waking up and walking out for a cup of coffee whilst looking over vineyards can't really be beaten. Nice little swimming pool which was perfect for escaping the summer heat. It's a short run into St Emillion for some tasty...
