Have been back home a few hours after our second trip to Rockliffe and can genuinely say I can't think of one single fault. The staff in Reception, Housekeeping, Spa, Brasserie and Clubhouse, in fact everyone we came into contact with, were all helpful, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The food was top notch and, if I had... More

Has to be the best Spa I have ever been too. The staff are amazing and you're treated like royalty. Everything is clean and well look after, and is worth every penny! treatment came to £80 pp but i have yet to find any spa what is as good.

Highs - lovely accommodation and attentive staff. I would not recommend staying in the Tiplady Lodges due to the distance from the main building. Pool facilities very good. Hotel knew that it was our wedding anniversary and therefore added some nice personal touches as a result. Lows - we had a very very average meal in the Brasserie. We were... More

Visited for our wedding anniversary and from arrival to departure everything was beautiful our suite in the old hall was spacious, well appointed and the hotel left us a card and complimentary chocolates which was a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable with lovely fluffy feather pillows, topper and duvet ensuring a blissful rest. Excellent information in the suite... More

My husband and I went to Rockliffe Hall for their Dine in History Dinner and we had a wonderful evening. They had clearly gone to lots of trouble to arrange a special event., the lights were dimmed and the menu was war-time themed. Between the courses there were moving readings of poetry from the time. We felt proud and honoured... More

I have played the golf course at Rockliffe Hall many times now and each visit is as special as the previous one. It is a course that just gets better as it becomes more established. It is a relatively new course but has quickly established itself up there with the best and goes head to head with any of the... More

We stayed here last night in a fabulous suite ( Tiptree) what made it particularly attractive & enjoyable was the fact we could take our lovely greyhound with us.👍🐶we always take him to hotels & restaurants in France but so many hotels in the UK ban them- so glad that Rockliffe is more enlightened. The accommodation was excellent and well... More

I have been to this spa twice now and both times have thoroughly enjoyed myself and more importantly felt very relaxed and recharged after my visit. The spa facilities are the best in the North East in my opinion. From the idyllic grounds, to the superb facilities inside. The Hydro Pool is amazing and gets out 95% of your muscle... More

This spa day was the biggest anti climax of my life!!! Myself and 10 friends organised this day to celebrate our pregnant friends 40th birthday. On arrival some of the group had already arrived and received the complimentary drink whilst filling in the forms. Me and my 3 passengers did not receive the drink even though it was part of...
