This hacienda, spread out on beautiful landscaped grounds, adjacent to a tropical dry forest, was a pleasant surprise. It's off the beaten tourist track, which I enjoyed. Muy tranquilo lugar. The staff couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. They were there for my every request, graciously. The restaurant food was superb and the service was 5 *. All the wait staff knows the true meaning of service. I would come back here again!

Stayed for one night. Great service, outstanding restaurant and a pretty nice hotel, although it could use some maintenance. Wifi was pretty unstable but it had two alternatives. Eco friendly features.

From checkin, thru banquets, and breakfasts to our fun trips, all was superbly handeled. The deer and Aguti wandering the grounds added to the active bird life , and wakeup was well taken care of by the Howler monkies.

This place is tranquil, conveniently located and just fancy enough to make you feel great but not break the bank. The rooms are delightful and the pool is sparkling clean. The on site restaurant has a delectable menu which includes favourites like ceviche and tuna tartare as well as old classics like cheeseburgers. The red snapper was our favourite. The staff are amazing and went out of their way to make us comfortable.

We loved this place! It's a beautiful blend of luxury and rustic living where wildlife is abundant and there is a lovely pool. Our suite was very comfortable with a full kitchen and living room. The bedroom was spacious with large windows looking out on a grassy area where deer, birds and howler monkeys could be frequently seen. A plus was that next door was the Centro de Rescate Las Pumas, an animal rescue and rehabilitation center. It's a short walk to a pleasant park-like place where indigenous animals can be seen. The restaurant is excellent with fresh, tasty offerings. We would happily return to this place. Thanks for a great stay!
