We stay after new year for three nights at this lovely place. What can I say the whole staff from the reception ( thank you Mrs. Lenka, Alice and Erika) to the cleaning mate they all did a fantastic job we feel WE come Back Home. We stay in the Suite it was spacious with a very big terrace. Every evening WE enjoy Dinner at then Restaurant even our children were satisfy, really food and Design was delicious and great.

Since WE came after new year the Hotel was almost quite empty WE feel WE Had the whole place for us. The children enjoy the Pool, Whirlpool, Bowling and the Playroom. So there are many possiblities during Bad wheather as well.

The Hotel itself ist located between a little Mountains range so you can enjoy nice Walking and the amazing landscape. Looking to come Back

I’ve visited this hotel with my wife and son.

Room was nice, warm and tidy.

I’ve been to gym, which wasn’t the biggest are best equipped that I’ve ever seen, but it’s sufficient for decent workout..

I also had Thai massage. Lady ( I assume she was Thai) didn’t speak much Czech, which may be issue for some. But it didn’t cause any troubles, especially because she was a good masseuse.

We have visited pool, whirlpool and saunas too. It was very pleasant, but unfortunately from pool area to saunas you have to go through quite chilly hallway.

We have enjoyed buffet style breakfasts and ala carte dinners.

But biggest praise comes to amazing staff members. Receptionist, waiter and waitress were just amazing. Always smiling, always helpful.

Even the cleaning girls were very nice and did everything as we asked

After a 10 hour bus ride and arriving in the dark you never know what to expect. At this resort expect the Best they have to offer. Rooms are well decorated and modern, maybe even to modern when you consider the shower has more than 15 options and bottoms to push and choose from. Great night sleep friendly staff. Would like to take my family back for ski vacation.

I stayed at Hotel Troyer within the last week with friends and my other half. The hotel itself clean and comfortable. The pillows were not the best but there is a masseuse within the hotel that will sort you right out. Coming from the UK, the cost of the Hotel was great value for money. The food was consistently excellent, nothing too fancy just perfectly cooked meals. Breakfast was not the best and service can be slow but the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The area is a bit remote but you can venture up the chairlift to see Radhost or wander around Frenstat for an afternoon. The hotel has many amenities like mini golf, spa, pool and segways, tennis to name a few. The area which this hotel is situated has to be one of the most scenic places I have every visited. It was beautiful sitting on the balcony of the restaurant or within the restaurant just gazing out across the mountains.

All in all, it was an excellent stay and I would happily return any day of the week for a stay / meal at Hotel Troyer.

The best hotel in Beskydy area. Awesome wellness with three type of sauna. Quite rooms with comfortable sofa.

It took me a time to find out how to manage a shower😁 poor wifi connection in edged rooms.

We stayed here for one night at the end of October and this place really is beautiful. The views are amazing, the air is super clean and I just felt so rested and relaxed staying here. The room was great, bathroom was particularly nice and the general decor of the hotel was clean and modern but cosy - there were little touches of autumn decorations all around when we went which was lovely.

The wellness centre was perfect, not too big and everything was super clean. I only used the jacuzzi and sauna but they were both fantastic and really close to our room on the second floor.

We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel - dinner was so good that we stayed to have lunch on the second day rather than having lunch elsewhere. The steak I had at dinner was literally one of the best steaks I've ever had, pretty amazing considering they don't serve that much beef in the Czech Republic. Consider trying the local wine too if you haven't had it before, it was delicious.

We took the ski lift up the mountain during the day and took a walk up there as it was nice weather, which definitely added to a great day. You can buy tickets for the ski lift at the hotel reception too if you need to. The service at reception and in the restaurant was great and they spoke great English if you don't speak Czech.

I loved this hotel and would stay here again any time, it's absolutely beautiful in autumn and I'm guessing that it would be particularly stunning in winter too.

Wow! What a great little find! I can't say enough, unfortunately I'm writing on my cell phone so it will be brief. Go off season to have the place to yourself! We were there mid October on a Monday n Tuesday. Cool fall days made for pretty trees. A charming quiet hideaway in the Czech mountains! The wellness area is one of the best I've ever seen! The breakfast was nice and Dinner in the Resturant was very good: salads, chicken n sauerkraut stuffed pork! We upgraded to room 301 for the balcony but the other rooms are also cute clean rooms with very nice valley/tree views. Plan time for the beautiful wellness area! Huge indoor warm pool, saunas, hot tub n cold plunge! We were off season but the price was a steal!

Having said that, we had to leave just before the snow began to fall this week. It was only a two night stay but that was enough to appreciate the quality of food, service and general ambience. My room was on the top floor (one above the lifts stopping point!) but the reward was a fine view from my window. I did think that they could perhaps put an English speaking channel or two on the TV. 5 or 6 channels did get a bit tedious.

I had a massage in house and that was a good experience too.

All in all, an excellent place to 'chill' out. Especially if the snow fell!

I was a guest of a TV Lighting company (ROBE) so cannot comment on the 'value' box.
