I’ve visited this hotel with my wife and son. Room was nice, warm and tidy. I’ve been to gym, which wasn’t the biggest are best equipped that I’ve ever seen, but it’s sufficient for decent workout.. I also had Thai massage. Lady ( I assume she was Thai) didn’t speak much Czech, which may be issue for some. But it didn’t cause any troubles, especially because she was a good masseuse. We have visited pool, whirlpool and saunas too. It was very pleasant, but unfortunately from pool area to saunas you have to go through quite chilly hallway. We have enjoyed buffet style breakfasts and ala carte dinners. But biggest praise comes to amazing staff members. Receptionist, waiter and waitress were just amazing. Always smiling, always helpful. Even the cleaning girls were very nice and did everything as we asked…
Hotel is situated in a very quiet and nice location with trees all around. Room i got was really good (comfort, furniture style etc.) and I was just amazed by their hi-tech bath cabin. Breakfast and dinner both were good. Swimming pool area was also ok and staff was very friendly.
Impressed by the quality of all services, nice and polite staff (even if they do not master the English language) Clean and spacious rooms. Well cooked and nicely served meals. Nice spa. nice and well kept yard
Great location in small village. Beautiful nature all around. Perfect for walking in summer and good for skiing in winter. Nice welness center and very good cuisine. Hotel is located in Beskydy mountains.
Amazing 1 week in the hotel. Great service provided, staff always ready to help. Nice rooms, fruits provided twice during our stay in the room. Perfect wellness included - pool, whirlpool and 3 saunas. Massage shower in the room. Selection of meals and beverages perfectly fitted to our expectations.
The best hotel in Beskydy area. Awesome wellness with three type of sauna. Quite rooms with comfortable sofa. It took me a time to find out how to manage a shower😁 poor wifi connection in edged rooms.
We stayed two nights for a family wedding. The setting is beautiful in the heart of the Carpathian mountains, allowing for lovely walks in the fresh mountain air. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. We had a disabled room which had a wet room as well as a shower that looked like a NASA capsule. Heating, lighting and even music all controlled from a panel on the wall. The beds were good and we slept well. The only negative is that there is no air conditioning and it was quite hot the weekend we were there. It is very quiet though, so you can sleep with the windows open and enjoy the fresh air. There is a spa with pool and sauna, and fully equipped gym. The service at the wedding reception (and at other times) was great, and the food was wonderful and plentiful. Good breakfast buffet too with plenty of variety.…
Location - wonderful (but i spent my childhood in the area, so i might be slightly biased ;-), deep in the woods, close to the Pustevny place, mini-golf in the premises, former outdoor swimming pool turned into the pond with fishes, the hotel position nicely placed in the hill - the place just looks nice (especially if you remember it in the former shape/form) Reception - we didn't felt particularly welcome, a bit of "human" warmth/smile would be nice Room (2nd floor) - too soft mattress (at least for us, someone might like it), very small bathroom, paper-thin walls (we could clearly hear our neighbors or people in the corridor), didn't liked the dark-wood/leather design (but i fully understand that some might like it as well) Wellness - great, just great - we tried the sauna + swimming pool, the fitness looked also well equipped - might be even better in summer with all the other outside "jacuzzi" pools Restaurant - food - had really tasty meals dinner, just "ok" breakfast Restaurant - service - we were mostly assisted by willing though inexperienced waiter (clearly marked as "in training"), though i would expect that the person would be better trained (greeting the customer, serving the food actually from correct side, ...) before released "into the wild" Restaurant - interior - the terrace placement is great, the interior unfortunately not much to our liking, e.g. also we had problem with tables - e.g. eating a dinner/breakfast at the coffee table is not very comfortable, whereas the "small" tables in the back for the "proper food" are either too big (for 2) or too small (for 3), then there are bar-style tables/chairs which didn't looked very comfortable for persons of average/smallish height In conclusion - we have mixed feelings - some parts are great, others not so much - in general we feel that we didn't got the value for which we paid, at least in the comparison with other 4*-5* hotels in the area…
We stayed in this hotel for three days and we really enjoyed it. The landscape is just perfect, sorrounded by nature. The room was great, also the bed and the bath, all of them very good decorated. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and it was good quality and good prepared. We also enjoyed the landscape from the restaurant, which has an amazing windows. The spa was pretty small but great, with swiming pool, jacuzzi and saunas. My favourite part was the relaxing room with a good views. We also did some excursions and we went to Radhost, which I really like. I would recommend the stay here.
Being an expat living in Frydek Mistek, I have explored throughout the Czech Republic, Poland and Slovakia when able to. The Troyer was recommended to me as a nice and close stay. Well, it is marvellous. The staff is 100% top notch and I still haven't figured out why it is only a 4 star. Wellness is relaxing and with all the amenities. Lastly, the masseuse is absolutely one of the best I have ever had. I definitely will be returning for a day or two regularly to recharge.
