We stayed there and were brought to a substandard room. It was late when we called. Had I known this 4 star hotel had rooms on the second floor of such low standard we would have stayed in a registered Bord Failte B and B or a registered guesthouse on Achill Island. The tables in the lounge bar were adorned...

Dear Frank B, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay with us at the Mulranny Park Hotel. Firstly I have to apologise for your experiences in that you felt we did not meet a four star standard. I can assure you that we receive a yearly visit from Failte Ireland and the AA and we...

We stayed here last weekend. It was nice, I expected the rooms to be more classic and pretty, I thought they didn't really suit the exterior of the building. That being said they were clean and we had a lovely view over the bay. We had a dinner b&b rate. The dinner was nice although the service was a bit...

First of all, please know when we visited two years ago, we had a delicious meal. The 'Waterfront' location isn't any closer to the bay, nor are the views of Clew Bay any less obscure. That said, we returned because the food and service were good. This time our experience was quite different. Although our dinner orders were taken within...

Dear Sarah M, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent visit to the Waterfront Bar. Firstly let me apologise for to delivering our usual standard of service on your recent visit to us it was simply a case of on that day did not expect to have as many guests as we did which resulted in...

We enjoyed a first visit to enjoy the view across Clew Bay to Croagh Patrick for coffee and sat outside on the terrace to enjoy the lovely sunshine and returned in the evening for dinner after an afternoon on the nearby beach. Coffee was ok, meal was nice. Half portions of the roasts which were good and a sea food...

Just returned from a 2 night stay. From the moment we arrived the staff were first class. Our room was excellent with beautiful seaview. Outdoor hot tub at the leisure centre was a real treat having walked the greenway from Mulranny to Achill and back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for one night over May bank holiday weekend. The surroundings and views from the hotel are absolutely stunning, and the front steps lead to a long pier right across the water- one of the most beautiful sites at sunset! The hotel is nice. It's a bit of a stretch to call it 4 Star.. It's classic in its...

We went here for 3 nights over Easter with a baby and a 4yr old. They are really set up for families. We stayed in a 2 bed apt with amazing views of the sea and Croagh Patrick. The apt had 2 good sized rooms and was clean. It has a small kitchen with a fridge and a hob but...

Booked a five night, 4 dinners, break for six people; two toddlers, their parents and grandparents. The rooms were perfect, a double with a stunning sea view was spacious, spotless and very comfortable while a family room with a double bed, a single bed and a cot, although lacking the view, was much larger providing oceans of circulation space, had...

8 of us ate here twice over the Easter weekend, Staff are brilliant despite being very busy they were attentive and well organised. Menu is a bit limited but all dishes were well presented and delicious. Amazing views of the bay from bar area and very child friendly
