Our wedding here was just beautiful. The whole team couldn’t have been more amazing! Lisa and Jo in particular seemed to have unrivalled instinct to be in exactly the right place at the right time throughout the day. The set up here is perfect. The gin/prosecco bar made it much easier for me to greet all of our guests as they arrived, and the cocktails on tap went down perfectly! We had I think 3 or 4 meetings with Lisa building up to the big day plus many a friendly phone call whenever we were panicking over last minute silly details. You can tell that they really love what they do and they made us feel so special even though we know they had to cover so many extra weddings this year. When we first went we were still in the early stages of planning and Lisa was great at helping us come up with our own perfect, bespoke wedding. We had lots of little nods to our families tucked in to our day, from Kentish hops to Spanish tapas. Nothing was too much trouble for them to organise. The rooms were luxurious and the barn was great to use as a hub for one family and we also used it as a quiet space for tired children during the day. The best way to describe it is that whenever we saw Lisa or Jo (during the build up but especially on the day), their presence was like a big reassuring hug!

We stayed at Frasers as part of their dinner and B&B package, and had a fantastic time. We had to pre-order our dinner three days before which was no problem. The food from the Field to Fork menu was all amazing quality and one the best three course meals we’ve had in a long time. The gin spritz menu was also fantastic. The room was perfect for a night away with all the amenities you need. The breakfast the next morning was also delicious - the pastry selection was huge but lovely, and my partner loved his full English. Will definitely recommend and be buying vouchers for family members in the future!

I don't know what it is about this place but the atmosphere is non existent not helped by the boring dull music in the background and very slow service ( only 3 tables in) The road leading down to the restaurant is full of pot holes so be careful This is the second time we have eaten here and found this to be the same as the first Absolutely no ambience We only went again as we were kindly given a gift voucher We had to pre order the food this time three days previously We ordered tapas and the dishes came out before the bread which was described as an artisan selection freshly baked The bread eventually came once we had almost finished all the tapas but it was all the same and was stone cold in the middle Freshly baked from frozen! The dessert took 20 minutes to come The tapas was however tasty and the parfait was good but the cherry brownie was unpleasant claggy/chalky It was such a shame and will not be returning

We decided to treat ourselves to lunch at Frasers today. The setting and the buildings are lovely. After doing the necessary covid signing in we were seated. We were offered water and the wine list. We both had fish & chips which was good - then we waited and waited and waited for the plates to be taken away, after over 15 minutes of the 2 waitresses chatting amongst themselves I managed to get the attention of one and we ordered our dessert - which was lovely. Again no service so when my husband went to the toilet he asked for the bill. We appreciated the fact that they did not ask us how our meal was but do not expect to wait over 15 minute for our plates o be cleared after we had finished eating.

We chose the taster menu and it was exceptional. The presentation was lovely and flavours of each course delicious. The timings between courses was well paced to not feel rushed. Friendly service. Good local wines on the wine list as well
