my wife and I stayed here for one night and enjoyed it very much - friendly check in (but no offer of help with bags) we had a room on the second floor called the Criffel Suite - not what I would call a "suite" but it was a nice big room in good condition with views across the garden...

Went to cousin's wedding Sat 20th May. Beautiful setting long drive up to the castle front surrounded by woods. Lovely gardens to the rear. Staff excellent service very good always helpful. Food very nice didn't hear anyone complain. There were about 50 guests for the day do anymore and it would have been a squeeze. Function room on the small...

Visited Comlongon Castle Hotel for a wedding. Wow what a place! Absolutely fantastic hotel and grounds. The wedding was excellent from start to finish. The wedding meal and evening buffet were first class. The friendly staff could not do enough for us and made us feel very welcome. The wedding ceremony was in the old part of the castle and...

Faultless, except for mobile and web access, a bonus in my mind. Friendly attentive staff, with the owner on site most days. Castle/Manor house is set in lovely grounds, no traffic or aircraft noise. 10/10

We stayed in a suite with a 4 poster bed and a jacuzzi bath large enough for 2 to share. Strangely there was no shower facility. The room was large but very darkly decorated. The decor needed a bit of TLC. The staff were very helpful. The evening meal was very good albeit with a limited menu. Hot breakfast was...

We had a wonderfully peaceful stay at Comlongon Castle. The location is rural and quiet. The food was remarkable - we had dinner and breakfast. There were four of us. We ordered three desserts to share after our dinner, and couldn't decide which one was best, but we all would highly recommend the Sticky Toffee Pudding. The breakfast that is...

I stayed in the family room the night before the wedding which was lovely and clean and we had the lodge the night of the wedding...
