Great hotel in a really green environment in front of are all volcano. On a good day you’ll have a splendid view of the volcano. Be prepared that it rains a lot though, so many times you’ll just see thick clouds. Even when it’s raining it’s cosy to sit on the porch and watch birds and flowers in the lovely garden. They have a nice nature walk too nearby where you can spot local birds. The houses are cabin like, built with timber and can get a bit damp, even though I didn’t find this to be a problem

We stayed two nights here and were happy to be on the outskirts of the VERY busy downtown area of La Fortuna. The staff were very courteous and sweet, but not super helpful. Our air conditioner didn't work and they were unable (?) to do anything about it so my husband had to figure it out (fortunately he's handy like that). The second day, our toilet was clogged and the front desk person handed us a plunger. Not super pleased about that. That said, the cabins are clean & nicely kept, however simple. The trail on the property is a lovely addition, as long as you wear bug repellent! The breakfast was just OK and the coffee was not good.

We loved this hotel. It’s a quiet place with 12 individual cabins, each with a patio and view of the Arenal volcano. The room was clean and very large with a high, A-frame ceiling, safe and refrigerator. It’s about a $10 cab ride to the town of La Fortuna. The grounds are lush and gorgeous, with many colorful flowers and birds. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast included. Recommend this hotel.

This Hotel is very nice place which has the independent cottages which are well spread out on the property but close enough to the main entrance and reception. The cabins are equipped with coffee maker, basic toiletries & towels. There is no phone in the room to contact the reception. The WiFi in the room is very slow, however in the reception area it is good. Also hot water is not easily available and you may be lucky to get warm water for shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about 10-12 minutes drive from the LaFortuna village and taxis are easily available. There are few options for meals within walking distance, however Pizza is available and delivered to the Hotel/ cabin. The hotel is very close to Arenal Volcano and Mistico hanging bridges. The breakfast is simple Local Costa Rican style and served between 7-9 am so you dont get to sleep in if you want. I would definitely recommend this Hotel if you are looking for a nice cabin experience. There is also a short trail as part of the property for Hiking, but remember to take some mosquito repellent if tou go hiking there.…

Sinceramente per un hotel con rating 9 mi sarei aspettato molto di più. Il ristorante? Girate al largo. Chiudete bene porte e finestre o vi troverete dentro di tutto... Problema nel bagno con agua calda. Personale simpatico ma evanescente. Relazione qualità prezzo? Non ci siamo. Honestly for an hotel with a 9 rating I would have expected much more. The restaurant? Turn offshore. Close doors and windows well or you will find yourself in a forest ... Problem with the bathroom with hot water. Friendly but evanescent staff. Quality price relationship? Forget it...
