We ventured into Eyam at the weekend for a nice walk and a spot of lunch, after our walk and with tummies rumbling we found the miners arms, we just made the deadline for food and so didn't hang around ordering our food, two of the party ordered the steak and ale pie, my veggie ladyfriend had the spring rolls...

The Miners Arms is a local pub offering decent real ales and tempting homemade food. When we visited on a Saturday afternoon it seemed popular with both visitors to the village and with local residents. There is a large carpark to the rear, and the pub itself is accessed via a narrow lane, just off the main road through the...

Visited Eyam last weekend. Thought we would pop in for a coffee and a welcome sit down. It was about 2pm. We had a luke warm welcome and told that they had stopped serving lunch, not a problem, and the back room was closed off as they where setting up for dinner that evening, again, not a problem, but that...

We visit the Peak District regularly and have tried many pubs and restaurants in the area. Pass signs for Eyam on our weekly visits to Chatsworth, Bakewell, Castleton etc., but had never visited....

The Miners is the only pub in Eyam and we ate here both of the nights we stayed in the village. It is welcoming and cosy and the food was great- huge portions and freshly cooked. The staff were friendly and service was very prompt. Would definitely visit again.

Visited Eyam today and decided to pop into The Miners for something to eat-wow, we weren't disappointed. The three of us all had the giant Yorkshire pudding with Cumberland sausage, absolutely delicious! None of us like butter or margarine so asked for the veg without, no problem at all. Unfortunately we were too full to have a dessert-maybe next time....

Came in today looking for a bite to eat after visiting nearby attractions. We were greeted by a very friendly girl who got us seated and fetched us a highchair. There were obviously a few new starters as when ordering drinks I got the wrong cider (berrys instead of pear) and instead of two cordials for my children they got...

We have just returned from Eyam & enjoyed two wonderful meals at the Miner's Arms. Having dined there before we were not disappointed again, friendly, comfortable, lovely staff & the food is excellent. Hamish, our dog, was warmly welcomed. Thank you.
