We booked a Standard Room for 2 persons for two days. Total of PHP2,000. 1. Difficult to contact. Old numbers published to their site. Was able to finally reach them through email because they have an auto-generated response with updated contact numbers. 2. They can't find my reservation entry. They had to thumb through three list books before finding my...

Do not believe the photos in the website. The most of the rooms are good for 3 people, the price range is too expensive if you see the room. If you have no choice, ask the attendant to show you the room before you book. The TV has cable but it is not clear. the aircon works well.

when we arrived at around lunch time, there was no one in the front desk, and this is true most of the time. or if you happen to see them, they dont even bother to greet you or make you feel welcome. rooms are so-so. faucet is leaking, ac unit looks dirty, wifi not working, the list goes on.. then...

Has lazy staff and always staring at their smartphones... Most of the staff are always grumpy when you try to ask for something.. They offer spa and massage, but they always say they're full even when they're not and if they cannot find any excuse, they'll massage you in a hurry.. With regards to Internet, some hotel rooms are intentionally...

Bad service. Bad food. Impolite crew. Stinky and dirty rooms. Don't rely on what you see on their website. No option for breakfast. Look at the pale tocino, no taste at all. They have misplaced our room keys. No service water. Definitely Not a hotel. Don't stay at quezon premiere hotel.

I have been reading the reviews and they are mostly negative. That's sad. We spent 3nights at Quezon Premier Lucena and this is not our first time at the hotel. I am writing a review to give my kind words for the big improvement we have experienced. Our company requires us to conduct evaluation on food, service and accommodation before...

Spent 3d/2n in a standard room. The room was too cheap and luckily the room is clean and yet good for a business trip only. There was no towels, trash cans and even floor mats. Waiters are not attentive on thier concierge area or even in the restaurant. Food was great but they dont have any choices beside 3 dishes....

Spent a night with family, room is just ok, aircondition didn't work properly that we needed to turn on the electric fan the whole night. Pool was dirty due to some guest that we were not able to use it. The other pool was unfortunately reserved for a swimming lesson so were left with no choice. Breakfast? Hotdog, egg, fried...

Lucena was our last city during our trip to Bicol The hotel was set up like a motel with 2 stories. I booked a deluxe room which turned to be one where the parking space is directly below the room (standard rooms have parking on a separate parking area). It is attached to a resort providing access to swimming pools...

We recently had our seminar and thumbs up on food and service. Food was really tasty. You will not regret it. Ms. Len Montana, our contact is indeed a hotel asset! Exceptionally organize and very into details. Thanks to her it was a great quarterly sales meeting. Swerte talaga sya we met our quota in no time. Though rooms are...
