Being the largest hotel in Lucena City, Queen Margarette Hotel definitely needs renovation! The exhaust fan in the toilet was too noisy. The carpet in the main dining room is simply too old with some portions torn. The furniture have tinges of stain and some needs repainting. There is wi-fi connection but not accessible. The courteous staff and cleanliness may...

For the past years we always do our conferences, training, seminars and workshops in both QMH downtown or in Domoit. Though some of the place is in need of repair, most of it are in good shape. Services are good, food is so-so. Kudos to the marketing team!

This hotel needs some serious repair. It is also pricey for the state of rooms they have at the moment. My most recent stay, I needed to transfer to another room as almost everything in the room they gave me are falling apart. Food, however, is good. I like the dining area with the high ceiling and with so much...

The food is very oily. Very unhealthy. The room was impressive. Maganda but not cheap. We were given bottled water, candies, pads and pens. May bayad kada kilos mo kahit kape sa seminar kulang nalang kahit pagihi mo. Wifi is ok. Magandang hotel but creepy and costly. Problema talaga yung food. May buffet breakfast sila pero mabaho naman sa area....

This hotel is old. You can see it in any parts of the hotel. The VIP room has a king's bed that is old and it feels and smell like it hasn't been clean for ages. The chairs were dusty! Will never go back to this hotel again as it feels like you are visiting a haunted house.

We were booked for 1 night only however because of expected traffic brought about by Lucban Pahiyas we request for 1 day extension of our booking. We were surprised when we went back the following night, our beddings were not replaced, bath towels, bath soap and shampoo were not replenished. We have to request for the replenishment and because we...
